“Took Truck load of Bottles in at 6pm (this was the only time I could get there) EVERY SINGLE staff member jumped right in helped unload my truck, they worked together as a team to do the whole process and they made it look seamless!!! GREAT team work, and amazing staff, will absolutely be back again”
“This store is very clean. Very well organized. Shelves were well stocked. Staff is very helpful. I asked an associate if they had Epson salts and she didn't hesitate she stopped what she was doing to get the product for me. Over all it was a wonderful store.”
“I stopped here to inquire about the FedEx drop off. The woman working there asked what I was shipping and if it had a tag I explained that it did, however after finding out the package weighed 85 lbs. She couldn't accept it due to a DG franchise policy (no more than 55 lbs.) She felt terrible and proceeded to make 3 phone calls to FedEx to resolve the problem. Ultimately She ended up helping me schedule a pick up at my home. I left there overwhelmed by kindness. Great employee and very clean well kept store.”

“They have a nice mask policy and offer masks for people who don't have one. Also, the bathrooms are extremely kept very clean! Nice option to have in this area. This BJs store is fine- the only thing that makes it possibly stand out for me is that people may be friendlier because it is in a smaller community and it's not as congested as BJs closer to bigger cities. This particular one has a gas station with it which tends to be reasonably priced for the area, but the prices here have never wowed me when I visited.”

Exquisite Customer Service, the smell of clean floors and counters, The pot of coffee available for customer enjoyment, those familiar faces serving kindness; I'll be back.”
“A great location to shop and get yummy food. Their service is wonderful and its a great way to support local shopping. Their food is quality and always made on point from my experience over the last 6 plus years. It's a good stop to grab a quick drink also with a good arrange of options. A good addition for Olean”

“I don't like Walmart shopping. Always employees blocking aisles. I hate self-checkout! Very few motorized carts and what they have usually don't run long enough to get through store. Always have problems with credit card machines. Lights are hard on eyes.”

“I remember coming here as a kid. Ohio got rid of all their Tops stores. I didn’t know they were still around until we came to New York lol. This is a huge & well stocked store. Lots of options. Clean. Employees were nice”
“Usually a busy store. Stock is generally pretty good. The only bad in my opinion is theirs never really a lot of actual cashier's checking out. The most I ever see is three maybe four. I understand self checkout keeps prices down ,but the cashier's are always busy,.so you go to self checkout because you don't want to wait. It is one of the better Walmarts in my area for sure, clean, good stock, well lit.”
