“Store is always clean and brightly lit, and things are easy to find. The employees of this location are the nicest and most helpful of any Home Depot I’ve been to, volunteering assistance without prompting. I sometimes feel silly going in with really basic questions but they never bat an eye which I appreciate.”

“This tractor supply store in Highland has the most helpful and caring employees. I have been to this store 3 days in a row and have been blown away by the customer service provided by everyone employed here. Not only do they care about handling the chicks that come in, they also truly care about the customers who walk through the door. I had excellent experiences with Joann, Sandi and Kyle the Manager. I learned so much from them and felt seen & heard! Joann helped me pick out all of the necessities for raising chicks. Sandi gave me information on chicks. Kyle made sure I left with a smile on my face. You can also tell that all of the young staff care about handling their tasks at this Tractor Supply. The staff really come off as a happy team who work well together. I want to thank all of them for restoring my faith in humans. I wish all stores showed this level of community.”

“Recently, I had a $5k project, and Karen @ the customer service desk helped me through it. Then I had a delivery issue, where the warehouse didn't deliver $1100 worth of materials even though they said they did. Karen again stepped up and helped me. She got me in touch with a manager, Crissy. Crissy ended up getting my money return after reviewing the video footage I had. This manager is awesome!
As for Karen, she deserves a raise/promotion. (I know there are other employees at this store who do a great job, but I can only talk about my interaction.)
