“I was thrilled that I got Abraham to help me. This was the first time that I had to pay for a prescription out of insurance and showed me the way to use my prescription card and get the best value. He also was very courteous and even also offer to page me or call me when my prescription is ready so I didn't have to wait. I'll be switching our prescriptions there shortly. I like the one-on-one attention of a small mom-and-pop pharmacy in a supermarket pharmacy setting.”
“They were excellent! I was advised by my pharmacy that they didn’t have what was prescribed earlier in the afternoon, 30 mins before closing! I called and luckily they had it in stock. Of course having to switch the script is no easy task but they were accommodating, they tried the other pharmacy while I called the Doctor, even though it was 5:55 and they closed at 6… once I got the doctor on the line she took over. I appreciate that they went above and beyond with no hassle or attitude. Thanks again!!”

“I'm so sorry I couldn't come in when you had enough stock of the necessary essentials (which I sure hope you do), but coming in when absolute purchasing of disinfectant sprays was necessary) wasn't so good, and after only a few moments of walking around, really found this place to be rather interesting (in better times). I'll have to buy from a reputable online source because you were out of what I was looking for - through the hogs that came in to devour all disinfectant products that the Northeast now lacks, and I'll try again when I'm in the area the next time - hopefully on better terms soon. Thanks for having really close parking for those who don't have handicapped placards. It wasn't busy when I came in close to closing yesterday, and I used the one spot as a pull-through and felt it was ample in the back of the first row of parking a straight shot from the door. I guess in other times you probably wouldn't be saying that here. Store was clean, and at one point I even noticed a retail clerk servicing shelves in another aisle I didn't need. I do guess that things will look up soon but you'll expect to see me in when things clear up.”

“I was impressed with their sales . Buy 1 get 2 free !!! That's awesome ! but when I went to the service desk for assistance to sign up for my Price Chopper card , I was told I had to KNOCK ON THE WALL to get the customer service rep. Excuse me ? Knock on the wall ???????? That was a huge turn off . No honey , why don't you call a manager . What did the manager do? She knocked on the wall . This is why customer service is not where it should be .Beautiful store tho!!! Would I go back? Yes, I would . They have a great selection of things and the store is bright and clean .”

The convenience of driving through to limit exposure to others is well worth the wait. The pharmacy window attendant was professional and very pleasant. She re-explained the simple specimen collection procedure. Once at the window, the process was quick and efficient. The best part-my test came back within 48 hours.”

“This pharmacy is conveniently located for me, 3 mates down the street but let me tell you....the parking lot at this place is the worst I ever seen. Nobody is paying attention, no one is waiting...everyone is parking with no regards of distance between cars. Today I chose to walk there because I don't want to deal getting in and out of that parking lot. I was also thinking to transfer my prescription from cvs but I won't. I don't think I want to deal with the parking monthly. The pharmacy itself, the store...is okay for me. I go, I look for the things I need, I buy and I get out. I never had any problems.”

“This morning I had to call around 8 o'clock literally as they opened, I needed to not only have 3 meds filled but also 1 refilled I explained to Katrina over the phone that I have to be to work asap and I had been up all night from the er visit. She Explained to me She will have it done right away so I could pick everything up on my way to work! She was very helpful and nice. “I received my flu shot from Michael the pharmacist. After he gave me my shot and interacting with him, It made me realize I have not had such super friendly and polite service lately! He was super friendly and while giving me my shot asked me about my day, what I'm going to school for, etc. I recommend this CVS location to get any services needed.”
