From start to finish, the trainers were personable, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They made the entire process feel approachable and supportive, which we truly appreciated.
Their facility is clean, tidy, and extremely well organized, which immediately gave us confidence in their operation. Beyond working with Zira, they did a fantastic job training my husband and me as well. They clearly explained the commands they use, why they use them, and how to apply them effectively at home so we could get the most out of the training program.
We saw meaningful progress and felt empowered to continue reinforcing the training on our own. We would absolutely recommend Certified Canine to anyone looking for dog training and will certainly be returning in the future.
