“I went to this branch because my local branch in Middle Village Queens in Eliot Avenue, refused to help me. They said they were unable to do a domestic wire transfer to a bank in Manhattan that would convert the USD into euros, when I told the middle Village branch that I have done this before, and I wanted to speak to a manager I was told by the manager who was hanging out for 10-15 minutes since I arrived , That they were not able to do it and sent me on my way. Even though I also told her that I was able to do this before. Then I went to the Maspeth branch after calling customer service, and finding out the transfer could be done. I was helped by a teller name Grace. Grace was nothing more than polite and helpful, she assisted me in my transaction and apologize for the bad behavior of the other branch she knew what to do and she follow through with my transaction and could not believe, when I told the other bank that I had done this before that they didn’t sit down and try to assist me further. No wonder the Maspeth bank was so crowded in the middle village. One was empty.”

“I went to Chase this morning to withdraw money for our vacation. The ATM machines inside (the very inside Bank Premises) were inoperative as some renovations were being done. A Bank Staff named BRYAN seeing me approached and helped me and brought me to the teller to withdraw my money. He said I didn’t need to fill up the form. He motioned to the teller to help me out. And wow! The teller named VALERIA was very, very kind, helpful in assisting me. For me this Chase Bank is the best. All their staff are friendly, warm and helpful.
