“Bikelane has a knowledgeable team who will do its best to find the best possible solution for a bike repair. I took my bike to get an internal hub, spokes, bike chain, and brake pads replaced and now the bike rides better than before. The team is attentive and provides well informed advice as well as support to keep the bike in top shape. They've advised me to bring the bike back to tune up the brand new spokes at no charge. I've brought my bike here for the past 5 years and still happy with their service.”

“Since the whole management change this shop has been on point every time I visited. They show a lot more attention to detail and care in the customers queries and problems and do it while maintaining professionalism and addressing the issue directly at hand with ease. Whereas before there was a very small hot headed minion looking spanish guy who was very rude and arrogant and was very dismissive and outright disrespectful I’m so glad he’s gone and been replaced with amazing people.
