The moment I walked in, I was greeted by Stuart, a clearly bright, knowledgeable, helpful and down to earth professional who went out of his way to get some items that I needed. I felt as if I was being helped by family, what an experience! Not only that, but the ambiance is clean, beautiful, and orderly and every single plant and tree looked so bright, shiny, upright and healthy - absolutely beautiful. Not only did Stuart and another worker go out of their way to help me, but they found an item that I very much needed. What professional and caring people. I'm very grateful”

“Been using there services for floral arrangements for past 3 years . Outstanding service , design and always top notch quality cut flowers. Today I order Valentines bouquet of cut flowers . Not only were they stunning, the driver had the wrong address and phone . The store manager called me in Connand the person who was receiving the flowers insure the address was correct . This day was before Valentines Day and it snowing , sleeting and rainy . They truly showed the professionalism .”

“I ordered my wedding flowers from Rachel Cho for my 11-11-23 wedding and im really glad that I did. From start to finish, working with Rachel and her team was a breeze. My order wasnt very big or complex, but she was with me every step of the way.I loved my bridal bouquet. She did such a great job putting something together that was very rich in color and voluminous. The flowers smelled great all day long and even 3 days after the event when I dropped them off to be preserved.My ceremony flowers werent what I was quite expecting. I wanted some reds in them like my bouquet; instead they were a mix of light pinks and deep purples. However, it turned out that going that route was the better option, as my decor was very light and whimsical. Having dark red flowers probably wouldnt have matched up with the rest of the look.Delivery on the day of was smooth. Actually, the delivery guy came almost 2 hours early. I was a little thrown off but I’d much rather have someone come super early vs super late. My mom worked with Nakia and they did a great job setting up my ceremony pieces and my welcome sign.Im very happy that I went with Rachel Cho for my florist team. They were so easy to work with, professional, and didn’t break the bank either for what I needed. I would 100% recommend them!”

“Home Depot has always been a great store. It's hard to find people to help you sometimes but it's worth the wait. ? The more important the project is to you, the more patience you should practice!! There is awesome parking space. ? This place is wheelchair accessible or friendly. It has an Express card or debit line. It also has a self-service line.I also love this place because if you have to use the restroom during your most likely lengthy shopping experience here (unless you know exactly what it is that you want and exactly where it's at?) there is a bathroom for your emergency personal visit to the bathroom.”

“This Home Depot was very quite there wasn't a lot of things stocked there. The staff was very helpful to me because I had ordered glass sliding doors for my room . I like the app it's very helpful as if you are looking for something in one store if they don't have it there they will kick you over to the next store that has it for you. You can call in and an associate will help you. So I ordered the doors in the Bronx but I had to end up going to Queens to pick them up. The app helps on locations and the store addresses I'm loving the app it works and I'll be using it to shop everytime”

“For the most part, I've had great experiences here. Sometimes, in the past, the staff seemed like I was bothering them asking questions. Other times, you get attentive and helpful staff. So far as Home Depots go in NYC, it is fairly easy to get in and out of. The parking lot large and easy to access. Getting out has never been an issue either. So far as having what I am looking for, I have found them stocked better than other stores in the area.”

“I regret not completing the survey in time however I was not able to find the receipt until recently. Nevertheless, I want to give a review for a sales associate who helped me tremendously for 2 days and over 6 hours. Corey- in flooring! Thank you, thank you, thank you. We got it right. My floors are absolutely gorgeus. I visited different flooring companies, researched online, but it was his patience. We calculated the square footage, figured out how many tiles were needed, how many boxes, we stayed with in my color scheme and my budget. He was extremely patient and kind and was never frustrated. Home Depot you have a winner. His customer service skills are exemplary.Thank you and I regret not submitting this review sooner. He was able to make my home, home and for that I am truly grateful!”

“first i want to mention the sales person in the paint dept seegobni. not sure if spelled correctly. he was a god send i get so confused when i go in there. not sure what is the best stuff i need in paint dept. seegobni came over and said can i help you, i said yes. i needed paint ad spackling and he helped me, rare you get someone who says can i help you, if home depot had a personal shopper. he would be the best person for it. lots of use who need help and he is the person for it. i hope when i go again he is there to help. thank you, seegobni, i just hope the store knows what an asset you are. next, i don't see where on their web site at this location ,there is a place to write a review. i don't see how others where able to sent one, and i am surprised that there is no contact us. at the bottom of the page, this is a great home dept store.”

“My Son and I participated in a building class for children this weekend at the ozone park location. It was our first time and he had so much fun, we had so much fun. I would have given the experience 5 stars, but it lacked a few things. I would have loved if they had snacks for the children and maybe chairs for the parents to sit. Other then that the staff was great and helpful the whole time. We will be back next month. (Classes the first Saturday of every month, at participating locations, and it's FREE !! ).”

“First off I would like to say that working at Home Depot is no easy job. I went in there with not a clue of what I was looking to buy for a diy project. Brian helped me so much with my paint stain in the paint department. Robert and Big Shot helped me in retrieving my 4by4 posts. Pedro helped me looked up the inventory to make sure it was in stock. Lastly Ethan was at the exit door and asked me if I needed help placing my large posts in my car. Everyone was so helpful at this location and I wanted their efforts to be recognized. I would definitely recommend this location in to future to anyone that has to visit a Home Depot. Thank you everyone again for your help:)”

“The curbside pick up is really slow (30+ minute wait) and it is better to just park and get the items yourself. They have a decent plant selection with roses, herbs, vegetables, planters, and succulents. The seeds are a bit pricey but soil sometimes goes on sale. I picked up 20 bags of soil for less than $2 each.”
