“Absolutely phenomenal staff in the Rental Dept. Esther answered my call immediately and provided all the information I needed about a pressure washer and its availability.
I was there about 15 min. later, and Esther had the unit ready for me. She walked me through how to use the equipment properly and answered all of my questions in a concise and easy-to-understand way so that I could relay the instructions, as well.
She then proceeded to complete my rental with the assistance of Ashanti, who was also wonderful throughout the entire process.
Esther and Ashanti were both very professional, friendly, and helpful, and I was very appreciative of their impeccable customer service.

“It is a place where families and merchants buy non-daily necessities. It has major categories, but the smaller categories still need to be improved. The place is very large, so it is difficult to find. Maybe it’s because I don’t go there that often.”

I am writing to give my highest praise to Remy (Raymond) RXM3874 at the Avery Avenue Home Depot in Flushing for providing truly outstanding, professional customer service.
I have been a loyal customer at this location for many years, relying on them for home improvement supplies, delivery and contractor deliveries. I brought in a Ring Doorbell Pro that I had purchased to check a concern regarding an opened box seal and exterior writing. Remy took my concerns seriously, immediately inspected the device, and checked the showcase inventory.
When he saw the store was out of stock, he went above and beyond by searching the online system and neighboring store availability. To save me from sitting in heavy traffic, he kindly recommended overnight home delivery. He handled the entire order entry with extreme care.
Furthermore, when I returned to his desk to request extra security precautions due to delivery issues in my neighborhood, Remy immediately called the logistics department to formally mandate a physical signature upon delivery. Thanks to his proactive efficiency, my new device arrived safely at my doorstep the very next morning.
Remy is a terrific asset to Home Depot. He is incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, and provides the exact kind of excellent customer care that keeps lifelone shoppers like me coming back. Thank you, Remy!

“first i want to mention the sales person in the paint dept seegobni. not sure if spelled correctly. he was a god send i get so confused when i go in there. not sure what is the best stuff i need in paint dept. seegobni came over and said can i help you, i said yes. i needed paint ad spackling and he helped me, rare you get someone who says can i help you, if home depot had a personal shopper. he would be the best person for it. lots of use who need help and he is the person for it. i hope when i go again he is there to help. thank you, seegobni, i just hope the store knows what an asset you are. next, i don't see where on their web site at this location ,there is a place to write a review. i don't see how others where able to sent one, and i am surprised that there is no contact us. at the bottom of the page, this is a great home dept store.”

“Great Shop, very patient and helpfull. I got everything i needed in less time for less money than going to home depot or amazon where they didnt have what i needed or it was out of stock. And whats more important is the Staff made sure everything i was buying worked together and i had all the proper grommets, lugs and comnectors for both the indoor and outdoor parts of my Project to avoid the second and third trips that are always needed at the box stores.”
