My only feedback is that sometimes the owners can come across as though they know more about your dog than you do as the owner. Since they aren’t dog owners themselves, I think a little more mindfulness and consideration when giving advice would go a long way. Overall, though, it’s a great store.

They were so gentle and patient with my Maltese, and she came out looking absolutely adorable and beautifully groomed. You can really tell they care about the dogs and take their time with them. Highly recommended.
I also loved that she came home with the cutest little flowery collar—it was such a sweet and thoughtful touch! 🌸🐶

3241 Steinway Street, Long Island CityRight before Memorial Day weekend, my cat came down with a high fever, lethargy, and was not eating. My cat's primary vet at the time, would not see her until the following day, and Steinway Court Vet managed to see her as a new patient in such short amount of time, same day. Dr. Ordas was incredibly patient and kind. My cat's case was mysterious and required a bit of testing over a couple weeks to get to where we are now. While not every test was performed here, Dr. Ordas recommended and guided me every step of the way. At one point, the Vet called me after hours to check in and recommend treatment. Always checking in. The staff as well! Can't recommend this vet enough!
We're a couple weeks into her new treatment and I'm excited to say she's doing so well. We've returned to a sense of normalcy and I am a customer here for life.

She squeezed me in to see my two newly adopted cats when I found out one of them was given to me sick. She examined them both and prescribed medicine, taking the time to teach me how to administer and tips on how to keep the cats calm and how to prevent myself from getting scratched! She has since been very kind to answer all my follow up worry some questions and has also taken care of my dog. If you’ve been searching for a vet, I highly recommend you put your trust in Dr. Pozo!

81st Street, Jackson HeightsOur dog threw up and started acting strange at 3:30 am. We made the choice to call AmbuVet at around 4:30. Don arrived all the way from Queens to Brooklyn by 5:15.
Our dog is extremely reactive to strangers but the moment Don walked in it’s like she knew he was here to help. He carried her out the door like the 90 lb princess she is and got her to the emergency room in no time. He also called later to check on us and ask how she was doing.
Thanks to AmbuVet’s 24 hour service we were able to get our dog diagnosed quickly. A day later she was in and out of surgery and she’s now coned up and healing. The doctor said if we waited any longer she may not have made it.
I cannot emphasize enough how compassionate this human being is, and I’m sure anyone else that works for him / AmbuVet. If you’ve made the decision that your pet needs emergency care, CALL THEM. They’re doing God’s work.

They go above and beyond and have worked with us at stressful times when our building was having access issues. They love animals and will treat yours like their own. Having them on hand was truly a peace of mind. Cannot recommend enough!! Lidia herself is warm and lovely. We will miss them, now that we have moved out of range.
