180-08 Union Tpke, Fresh MeadowsWe’ve been bringing our Toy Poodle here for years, and I can honestly say this place is amazing. It’s one of the very few groomers that truly understands what a traditional Poodle cut should look like…not a Doodle or Shih Tzu trim.
Before finding this salon, we tried nearly every groomer within a 10-mile radius. No matter where we went, we could never get the look we wanted unless we practically picked up the clippers ourselves! The groomers here consistently do an excellent job and always get it right.
Even though our dog is old and a little grumpy, she loves the staff and that says a lot. They’re professional, patient, kind, and their prices are very reasonable.
I recommend this place a million times over. If you’re looking for groomers who actually know how to groom a Poodle properly, this is the place to go!

61-24 190th St, Fresh MeadowsWent to Pokeworks after the movies, and the place had plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. The protein was fresh, and I ordered a build-your-own poke bowl with two proteins: salmon and spicy tuna. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful.
They also collaborate with Tea Pulse, which is just around the corner. You can get 10% off at Tea Pulse by showing your Pokeworks receipt, and vice versa, making it a nice combo if you're craving both food and a drink.

Amazing effort at recreating classic non kosher junk food. Fries and onion rings were perfect. The actual meat was overcooked. Don't know if it was an oversight or that's the way they do it always. Next time they should ask the customer how they want it cooked, to customize to their preferences. Would've been better if it was juicer. In regards to the ambiance it's a no frills fast food establishment, also under renovations now. So you can tailor your expectations about the environment.

My son loved their Oreo doughnut which reminded me a lot like Krispy Kreme’s glazed filled doughnut. The timbits were definitely tastier than munchkins from DD. I’ll visit again to try their drinks.
