Q Puppies & Canine Couture
35-15 Prince St, FlushingI bought my dog Lukie two years ago. From the moment I stepped foot into the shop I knew the dogs are in good hands. There cages are clean and they look well kept.Lukie had a good relationship with the store owner and looked like he had a trust in him.I bought Lukie micro shipped and with some of his vaccines. From the first moment Lukie was brought home my family and I have given him the love he deserves. One thing i would say is that Lukie isn't fully a Yorkshire tier how it was claimed but its hard to find true breed dogs and cost alot.

A Animal Clinic of Queens
7846 Metropolitan Ave, FlushingThe front desk gals here are really wonderful. I really appreciate all of them for helping me get unfortunately 2 last minute emergency appointments this month. Everytime I called whoever I spoke to was extremely helpful, understanding, and friendly. It is very hard to find good front office staff and I hope this clinic knows that they have a solid team. Dr Kwasnik is wonderful. He is very friendly, honest, and is an experienced vet. I'm very grateful for how he took care of my pitty who had a UTI, followed by colitis. He is reasonable and seems to genuinely care about the well being of your pet. We have recently moved to the neighborhood and I plan on sticking with Dr Kwasnik. Highly recommended.

CHOCHO Hot Pot Premium All You Can Eat
36-36 Prince St, FlushingCame on Good Friday for lunch. There was a bit of a wait and everyone needs to be check-in on a wait-list via a tablet by the entrance. I believe you can also check-in on Yelp. The place is bright and clean. They offer 2 levels of AYCE buffet. There is a basic option for $19.99 and a premium option with all the beef and seafood for about $40. You can also add on premium dish a-la-carte. Made a bad decision and got the 2 flavor soup base, the pot is very small and with a divider inside the pot, which restrain amount of food you can put in. The food bar is a bit tight to move around and you may get stuck if there is a slow mover... ordered a rib eye as add on, the slides are paper thin and you can see through them. Our waiter refill our broth frequently without been asking, which is nice. The refilling of food can be a bit slow, there are empty dishes at the food bar.

Joe’s Steam Rice Roll
136-21 Roosevelt Ave # A1, FlushingIt’s a small cramped hole in the wall place. But it churns out great rice rolls at affordable prices. I got the shrimp rice roll with scallions and an egg. There’s a half hour wait so make sure you have plenty of time or you can do what I did and order go get other food and come back to pick up your meal. The skin of the rice roll is soft and smooth. The egg and scallions add texture and the shrimp was cooked just right.

Beard Papa's
40-24 College Point Blvd Unit B - 1, FlushingThis small pastry shop inside Skyview Mall has such delicious cream puffs!! I ordered one with the cookies and cream. Very unique cream puffs, never seen them so huge!! The staff were friendly and the shop, although small, has a cute aesthetic. They have a wall with a cool story about the history of Beard Papa. This was a nice surprise find within the mall.

One for the Road | Fusion Deli, Drinks, Desserts
40-25 150th St, FlushingThe rotisserie chicken here is so good. I order this all the time from uber eats and it’s consistently delicious. I love the green sauce that goes with the chicken. The fries here and mozzarella sticks are also really good. In the summer I like their shaved ice. The actual store itself isn’t really made for a nice sit down meal, but there’s casual seating outside and in a covered atrium. It’s a hidden neighborhood gem.
