Bushwick Bark in Ridgewood
20-49 Himrod St, FlushingCarly, or maybe even Carleigh, or Carlee, is a wonderful person who I genuinely enjoy seeing whenever I shop for my cat's food! It's actually true that Carly—sticking with that spelling for ease and clarity—helped figure out the exact food that my cat, who is very picky, loves more than anything. For that, and her kindness, I am super grateful. Everyone else at this store is also incredible, as is the store itself! Highly recommend!

John's Puppy
43-42 162nd St, FlushingThis is the best groomer that I can recommend, my dog doesn't let nobody shower him or cut his hair, he gets very shaky and nervous, but with the groomer he was like nothing bothers him , my dog came out beautiful and happy, they are so good that even call me and told me that he got infection in on ear and if I want to be treated and I said yes, he took very good care of my baby and if you want your dog be treated with love and care bring him here you are not going to regret, I'm sure about that ?

Pet Care

Mobile Veterinary Animal Clinic
105-06 Metropolitan Ave, FlushingDr. Hugo, Dr. Cortes, and Juan are great.
Thankful for this local, neighborhood vet office that knows what they’re doing and genuinely cares for my boy. They don’t pressure you into having your dog go through unnecessary procedures like so many private-equity owned vet offices these days. Please support them.

Annie's Social
34-01 Francis Lewis Blvd, FlushingI had a wonderful experience here. The Butter Cookie Latte was absolutely amazing—easily one of the best specialty lattes I’ve had in a long time. The Caprese sandwich was good and fresh, though it wasn’t quite as memorable as the coffee.
What really makes this place stand out is the atmosphere and service. The staff were welcoming and attentive, creating a warm and comfortable environment. The music selection was relaxing and perfectly suited for getting work done on a laptop or simply enjoying a peaceful break. If you’re looking for a cozy café with great coffee, excellent service, and a productive yet calming vibe, this is definitely worth a visit.

Mango Mango Dessert - Flushing
136-28 39th Ave, FlushingMango Mango Dessert in Flushing is a dessert cafe centered almost entirely around mango-based sweets, fruit desserts, and chilled café-style treats. The space feels bright, clean, and comfortable, with a cozy café layout that’s more polished than a traditional dessert shop. Seating is arranged for small groups and casual hangouts, and the overall setup feels designed for people staying awhile over desserts rather than grabbing something quickly and leaving. Even though the menu is large, the entire identity of the place revolves around fruit-forward desserts, especially mango, with a mix of sago bowls, pancakes, crepe cakes, shaved ice, drinks, and sticky rice desserts.
The mango desserts are easily the biggest highlight here. The mango sago pomelo bowls, mango pancakes, mango sticky rice, mango ice cream, and mango crepe cakes all lean heavily into fresh fruit, creamy textures, and lighter refreshing flavors. The mango pancakes stand out for their soft crepe exterior and cream filling, while the mille crepe cakes add a richer dessert option alongside the colder fruit-based items. The menu also includes durian desserts, coconut-based sweets, black rice desserts, jellies, and specialty drinks, giving the café a wide range of textures and flavors without moving too far away from its fruit dessert focus. A lot of the desserts feel visually layered and oversized, especially the combination bowls filled with fruit, sago, pomelo, jelly, and ice cream.
Service feels casual and fairly efficient considering how busy the café can get. Desserts usually arrive quickly, especially the cold dishes and drinks, and the staff keeps the flow moving smoothly even when groups are ordering multiple items to share. The experience feels straightforward and relaxed rather than overly formal, which fits the café-style setup well.

Burger Queens
96-19 23rd Ave, FlushingI had previously left a simple 5 star review of this place but I deleted to add a new one because I’ve now had many smashburgers around NYC and this has got to be my favorite by a long shot. If it wasn’t such a trek to get here without a car from my place I would be here 4+ times a week. It’s always super fresh. I always judge a place on the burger sauce too and this one is def my favorite I’ve found in NYC so far. The people are always nice. Burgers have always come out fast. There’s only thing … I wish they had cheddar cheese. I can’t get on the American cheese hype. But im an odd one. I also wish they had a location in the Bronx ?

Maiko Matcha Cafe
133-33 39th Ave, fh21, FlushingI got the mango/matcha soft serve! Needless to say, this was one of the most delicious matcha desserts I have had in a long time! I'm a matcha enthusiast and I have been to Maiko before but never had their soft serve. This was exactly what I needed to satisfy my sweet tooth! The flavor is sweet enough and the matcha really come through - I can compare the flavor profile to Chigi no shiro by Marukyu Koyamaen. Overall, this was a perfect dessert for an extreamly warm day in NYC
