“After having spent 25 minutes on a seemingly endless Post Office line on Flatlands Avenue in Brooklyn last week, this branch was a joyous discovery. Easy parking. One person in front of me, waiting for either of two tellers. Prompt, professional, courteous service. How rare.”
“I come to drop off packages every once in a while and have had good experiences. My packages arrive to the destination around 3 days after drop off so very standard and professional. The post office is small, but the clerks work very fast to accommodate everyone. I haven't had any issues so far. They have been lovely so far.”
“I was nervous to go to this location because of all of the bad reviews, however after my pleasant experience I felt compelled to right one. I worked with Susanna Who is very patient kind and helpful. I had a couple of questions regarding the shipping of my envelope and she answered each one and helped me through it together what I needed. I also observed other representatives Helping customers and they all seemed helpful and efficient. I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this location. However, I have nothing but great things to say and will be back. I came in on a Saturday late morning and was in and out in 15 minutes even with a line in front of me!”
“It's really sad when you see the USPS places get such low ratings. I get both sides of the coin. There are some folks working in other postal offices who are not cut out for customer service jobs.At the Glen Oaks postal office, they have the highest rating I would gather anywhere in Queens. The employees here are amazing. They work so hard and are polite.Just make sure you do your part as a customer following the rules and the transaction should go through easy.Keep up the fantastic work, Glen Oaks postal service!”

“I have been using New York Paopao for express delivery for several years. From when the store was still on Northern Avenue to when it moved to University Point, it has been a trustworthy courier company. Although the address has been moved, fortunately the store clerk has not changed? It has always been the same female store clerk. She is very efficient and moves very quickly. Whenever you have any questions about logistics, just ask her and she can give an effective answer very quickly. , she remembers so much trivial information about international logistics clearly, which is great. Every time she helps me handle express delivery, I feel at ease.
What impressed me deeply was that one time the store was very busy. There were people exchanging RMB, several people were sending international parcels at the same time, and there were also people coming to pick up parcels. She was able to handle everything in a short time, showing her professional skills. It’s really worth appreciating ? (At that time, there was a guy from the Northeast who assisted her, and that guy was also very good)

“I went and did the machine to get my passport date. There was a woman on the outside asking if people need help. She got me started it was sooo quick. My day came went early I checked in and waited to be called. It went smoothly and quickly. The gentleman behind the window. Was very nice and patient. It was the best passport experience I have had. Received passport much earlier than stated. Sorry to all that had a bad experience.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I ought to know because I’ve been coming here for 37 years. The lady that was a bad clerk years ago is no longer there because her husband left her and went back to Korea by himself and then she retired. The staff now is very nice and accommodating. I’ve seen many employees even retire at this place through the years , that’s how long I’ve been coming here.I have nothing but good things to say.it’s also a safe place to get my eBay packages delivered. Too many porch pirates ( thieves) in the building I currently reside in .”
