This United States Postal Service location at 4165 Main St is a busy post office that provides mail and package delivery services to numerous customers. It offers walk-in passport services, but the facility can be crowded and somewhat disorganized, making lines long and slow. Customers often find the lines inconvenient, and some mention that the staff are hardworking but understaffed, leading to rude behavior from frustrated customers. The interior has some nice decorations, though they are faded. The staff, especially a helpful employee named Nelson, are appreciated for their efforts to make the experience better. However, the process for Passport Renewals and dropping off prepaid packages can be frustrating, as there is no longer a quick drop-off option. Despite these issues, the front desk staff, particularly one stern but friendly lady who keeps lines organized, are praised for their professionalism and dedication. Overall, the post office is a place where service is challenged by high traffic and limited resources, but efforts are made to keep things running smoothly.
Only one widow worked when I reached there with a long line of people waiting. There was a black female stuff at window 5 who was extremely rude with really bad attitude. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!.

There is ONE employee at all times. They’ve locked the self service parcels and made it pretty much inaccessible to mail packages that are even prepaid. It’s like they want to make their lives harder

I have been to this post office and that the people there were nice and helpful. Also, I went to this post office to mail a letter and to buy stamp and put it on the mail and sent it out. There were people in there waiting in the line and doing other things.
