“Today 04/30 I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Jafet Mendez. Initially I had to make a deposit into my checking account and Mr. Mendez took care of that transaction promptly. In addition I needed to Link Venmo to my checking account. I have Zelle but I needed to send money to my daughter who had Venmo and was not able to use Zelle. I had tried to do this myself before I entered the bank but was having difficulty. I asked Mr. Mendez if he could help me with it, as I knew the bank didn't use Venmo. He graciously agreed to help, and the task was way beyond my expectations, as it entailed many steps. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, gracious, and professional.
