“A bit understaffed. One person was helping 2 others, but called someone out to help when I arrived. Good thing because 2 more customers came in after me. He was able to resolve my issues and both were apologetic for the wait. They were both handling difficult problems, so no worries.
I've been to other Charles Schwab locations and they all have been very helpful. Unlike Fidelity. They tell you to use their app and then try to upsell you on their products. It's like going to a used car salesman.”

I stopped by TD Bank near my home today just one minute before closing time. I honestly thought I had already missed my chance and that I would need to come back another day.
While helping another customer, Christina noticed that I looked a little lost and kindly asked if I needed help. After I briefly explained my situation, she warmly told me not to worry and said she would assist me as soon as she finished with the current customer.
Even though the bank was already closing, she patiently took the time to help me complete everything I needed. I felt a little bad for keeping her after hours, but she reassured me and said it would save me another trip.
Christina was incredibly professional, thoughtful, and kind. Her dedication and customer care truly made my day and left me with a wonderful impression of TD Bank.

But something MUST be done about after hour banking or they will loose a lot of customers We need access to the ATM machine it’s ridiculous”
“Not sure why they have such a low rating here. I used this branch pretty often more for the ATM services but if I need to speak to someone or use the teller I usually use this location. There are ATMs right in the lobby which you can still access after hours. The actual bank is past the ATM's. There's usually someone at the greeters desk in case you need help. The tellers are to the left and the offices if you need other help are to the right. There's seating the in back as well In case you have to wait.”
