“I needed some plywood for a project I was working on for a friend. However, I own a small Toyota and it wouldn't fit. So, I either had to have it delivered or else rent a truck to transport it. Delivery charges are $80 and several weeks out, so that left option #2. Thankfully, they had a pick-up truck in stock. They won't, however, hold it for you so it is first-come-first-served. Thankfully, I called ahead and the truck was on their lot so I was able to drive over and rent it. The process went quick though I needed to show them my driver's license, insurance paperwork, and have a deposit put on my credit card. All standard stuff.I only needed the truck to drive 7 miles each way, and I had it back within the first 75 minutes so my total cost was about $20. That wasn't bad at all! Their employee, Hans, was super friendly throughout the process.I will point out that HD's selection of plywood here was horrible. Nice hardwoods like birch were non-existent, as were smaller thicknesses like 1/4". That being said, their 1-by lumber was very good compared to several Lowes I had been in. This is all likely due to Covid, so I won't penalize them for that. It is something to keep in mind though.”

“Lowe's review? Sure.As far as a comparison goes with other Lowe's stores that I have been to in New York and other states, this one is operated at a very high standard. It is sure to have most anything that your home, lawn, property could need and then some. High-price items are locked up, as I was made aware there was some thefts happening during the floyd riots and post-pandemic. All the isles are spic'n'span and lunch hour is the time when some materials are rolled out on carts and restocked on shelves.On a few occasions I have needed some input with the lumber and garden departments and all the staff (old and new) were very helpful and kind - one woman even walked half the store to make sure I got my item!The one sticky point, is the return desk (3 stations) where, without any fail, late in the morning or late in PM; there's always a backed up line. Please get 1 extra person to assist at this crucial desk.Above average Lowe's.5”

“Very impressed with every aspect of this project. Jay and his team were excellent from start to finish. I went to the store with rough measurements of what I needed and got an estimate after picking the quartz counter I wanted (best prices by far). Jay was at my house to take measurements within a couple of days.
The turn around time was less than 4 weeks, and the installers did a fantastic job, even down to the smallest details.
I would recommend anyone that needs a quality counter job or kitchen/bath design to go to Magic Kitchen. 100% satisfaction with 0 complaints.”

“I had placed an online order, my order never delivered I called corporate they called the store that my order was being filled by. I received a call the same day from Joe Krawiec he explained that it was a computer glitch he tried to fix it Joe called me back to keep me updated on what was happening but we had to reorder it, Joe guided me through the process of reordering it and made sure it was correct. The next morning he checked on it called me immediately and said that my order had been shipped and I should receive it on Tuesday, which I did!. Joe made me feel as though I was the only customer he had to deal with for 2 days! He took time to listen to me complain! I felt he understood my frustration. And he followed up with me!!! You don’t get customer service like that anymore!! Like I said he followed up the next day with a phone call!!

“The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and answered our questions. I am looking to purchase a rooster maybe 2 months old. I have 10 hens.Here’s a question May 8 of this year I purchased 8 chickens. I let my granddaughter and her friend pick them out while I paid and purchased feed. Anyway I have 3 chickens who are about the size of a mourning Dove. They are 3 months old but so little cay you tell me what kind they are. I have learned my lesson never again will I leave 2 16 year old girls to pick any more chicks alone. They also picked 2 meat chickens to save their lives”

I am updating my review because the installers did a phenomenal job. The crew arrived on time and the communication with their team was great. The Lowe’s team can definitely do a better job at making sure that the customer is informed prior to attempting deliveries, especially with materials that if left outdoors can be damaged by rain or snow.
PREVIOUS REVIEW:
Horrible experience with doors installation. The communication is extremely poor with the store and the company doing the installation. Save your money and prevent the stress of working with such an inexperienced team. It’s a waste of time calling and taking to some many people to finally get the issue resolved. If you are getting a door installed why would the customer will need to get the items delivered when the installer can simply pick up everything at the store, doors and trim?”

“I had a big order.lot of it was special order.i went to courtesy desk.and had the pleasure to meet Amanda she as great and awesome she went above a beyond to make things smooth ..explain what was still to come. And the ones that was there. She was great .it's hard to find someone like her..we bring alot of our business to home depot all over..and not all employees are friendly and willing to go the extra mile....And she did her job will done.and she mentioned she mainly a evening person.so she works both shifts..I will definitely go there again and get the good customer service...thank you Amanda continue to be the person you are...home depot she a great employee you have there...thanks again”
