“Very impressed with every aspect of this project. Jay and his team were excellent from start to finish. I went to the store with rough measurements of what I needed and got an estimate after picking the quartz counter I wanted (best prices by far). Jay was at my house to take measurements within a couple of days.
The turn around time was less than 4 weeks, and the installers did a fantastic job, even down to the smallest details.
I would recommend anyone that needs a quality counter job or kitchen/bath design to go to Magic Kitchen. 100% satisfaction with 0 complaints.”
“I'm writing to acknowledge the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY Home Depot Garden Center Associate Dean. In my search for extra batteries for my battery powered mower, which were kind of outdated, but this store had them. The customer service associate paged for assistance in garden and Dean arrived promptly and greeted me and assisted with help in finding the price for the batteries, which of course were so old they weren't on file, so Assistant Manager Mark went into the system and was able to sell them as a clearance item. Dean came back to check on me and that is in my opinion EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and if there is an award for that it is well deserved to Dean, who in my opinion has a solid future with Home Depot, yes home office in Atlanta please take notice to the associates that keep a positive attitude, assist customers, maintain strong community values, and the integrity to go above and beyond.”

“I had placed an online order, my order never delivered I called corporate they called the store that my order was being filled by. I received a call the same day from Joe Krawiec he explained that it was a computer glitch he tried to fix it Joe called me back to keep me updated on what was happening but we had to reorder it, Joe guided me through the process of reordering it and made sure it was correct. The next morning he checked on it called me immediately and said that my order had been shipped and I should receive it on Tuesday, which I did!. Joe made me feel as though I was the only customer he had to deal with for 2 days! He took time to listen to me complain! I felt he understood my frustration. And he followed up with me!!! You don’t get customer service like that anymore!! Like I said he followed up the next day with a phone call!!

“The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and answered our questions. I am looking to purchase a rooster maybe 2 months old. I have 10 hens.Here’s a question May 8 of this year I purchased 8 chickens. I let my granddaughter and her friend pick them out while I paid and purchased feed. Anyway I have 3 chickens who are about the size of a mourning Dove. They are 3 months old but so little cay you tell me what kind they are. I have learned my lesson never again will I leave 2 16 year old girls to pick any more chicks alone. They also picked 2 meat chickens to save their lives”

I am updating my review because the installers did a phenomenal job. The crew arrived on time and the communication with their team was great. The Lowe’s team can definitely do a better job at making sure that the customer is informed prior to attempting deliveries, especially with materials that if left outdoors can be damaged by rain or snow.
PREVIOUS REVIEW:
Horrible experience with doors installation. The communication is extremely poor with the store and the company doing the installation. Save your money and prevent the stress of working with such an inexperienced team. It’s a waste of time calling and taking to some many people to finally get the issue resolved. If you are getting a door installed why would the customer will need to get the items delivered when the installer can simply pick up everything at the store, doors and trim?”

“I had a big order.lot of it was special order.i went to courtesy desk.and had the pleasure to meet Amanda she as great and awesome she went above a beyond to make things smooth ..explain what was still to come. And the ones that was there. “I hate to admit it but I'm special needs and my favorite place to be is Lowes. It's always extremely calming and esthetically pleasing. Some people meditate, I walk around Lowes. This Lowes in particular has the perfect setup and direction, with very kind staff and beautiful displays. I have bought a lot of things for home improvement and novice construction because of how much I like what the store feels like to be in. I've also bought a number of fun lights to be used at my job for commercial video editing.”
