“My recent experience at Staples deserves five stars. Kelly, the print and marketing associate went above and beyond for me. They are truly lucky to have such a hard-working and compassionate employee. I was in a state and frantic to get back taxes filed and even the simplest tasks were confusing me. Kelly took the time to calm me down and simplify the printing process. I will never forget her kindness.”

“Reading some of these negative reviews kind of make me laugh. Almost everything people were angry about are things that weren't even in the control of the employees. I've had nothing but good experiences of this store. I choose this store over any other UPS store intentionally because they've never caused problems, are incredibly fast to work through lines and polite.”

“Went in yesterday to ship my gifts for operation Santa. The woman at the counter ( I didn’t catch her name) was incredibly patient and helpful despite being unfamiliar with the process. This was one of the best post office experiences I’ve had anywhere.”
