“Picking up my rental truck was so quick and efficient at this location. I had originally booked a rental at a different location but their location system was down so when they sent me to this location I was expecting bad news again. Gloria took the terrible experience I was having and turned it around quickly. She greeted my husband and I with smiles and explained the process thoroughly.
