“Words do not do this place justice - it’s not a discount store- it’s a closet store for luxury brands - and it’s all i wear. I love this place more than my own children. I wish I I’d bought them at lot less.”

“The sote has a lot to offer you need to look in order to find some gems. I found this little sweater for 15. The quality is ok. But everything else is a one use type of clothes. However you may find good stuff. Again need to scabage for it.”

“Surprised by the lack of reviews, and very low reviews on this one, noticed when I came to grab the address to stop by later today or this week.

Always have a great time here, staff is great. Merchandise and store is kept clean. I've seen them cleaning as well, especially as it gets closer to the end of the day. The only critique I'd give is I do wish the music was a bit more upbeat and less dreary. Once in a blue moon there will be something a little more fun, but aside from that way too many heartbreak etc type of songs, which doesn't necessarily put me in the mood to keep shopping or be energetic.

Also from last year (Nov 2025) vs now (May - Sept 2026) it seems they've been getting more relevant inventory accross departments so that's been super helpful with local shopping.”

“Was coming there since the early 90s when it was a mall called Store World. REAL Bushwick/Ridgewood cats will remember that. Used to grab comic books and video games there as a kid. When it became this Liberty Department store, I was junior high/HS age.. I used to used to cop lil trinkets, little gear, little underwear, lil hoodie here and there after school, come here with my ladies and sit in front of the fans and cool off in the summers before continuing on.. or I would pop in to get lil knick nacks and admire the females working here.

Shoutout to the two West Indian dudes that used to take the bags. they had to working there over 15 years EASY, but doesn't seem like either of em are there anymore. Hope they're in good health wherever they are. Anyway, never had a bad experience there, staff always friendly and helpful, prices are compatible with economic people, and always have good deal going. Shoutout to Liberty, still going strong in a changing city.”
