Last time I bought a mattress from Mattress Firm, I ended up exchanging the mattress but got charged a huge additional restocking fee that wasn't expected so I was really nervous about buying a new mattress because I didn't want to have to return it. Sam assured us that if we don't like it, he will not charge us the restocking or return fee which really put my mind at ease. He wasn't pushy at all. He was friendly and listened to our needs and helped guide us to options that would work for us that were within our price range. He also included a free adjustable frame which was super generous and unexpected! Sam made our mattress shopping experience 100x better. He helped us feel confident about making a really big purchase.
