“Needed to upgrade my old MacBook laptop. Came to this location from Bay Ridge to make purchase a little over a week ago. Mark was the associate who helped me and made the purchase seamless. He was very personable and courteous. Was extremely happy to make the trip to make the purchase with him. This location is much nicer than Bay Ridge and I would recommend people to come here. Bonus that there’s a parking lot as well. Thank you again Mark for all the assistance with my purchase.”

“We had a great experience at Ashley - Romeo was incredibly helpful in our search for a dining table, showing us multiple options that fit our requirements. Imani was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend this location (way better than the West Elm outlet next door)! Update: I’m not decreasing my rating because I don’t blame the store employees, but beware that delivery timelines are far from set in stone. We were told part of our delivery would arrive the following week and it took over a month, and the rest was supposed to take one month but it’s looking like two months at least.”

“We visited to find a twin mattress for one of our children. Our salesperson was attentive and knowledgeable. After trying out two different mattresses we quickly settled on one and it is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Excellent service and the prices are reasonable and on par with online. It is essential in our opinion to physically tryout the mattress, we have been too often disappointed with online deliveries.”

“I’ve been getting furniture from Arkadiy and Exceptional Furniture for about 7 years now. He’s a wonderful person and has a ton of integrity as a business man. Even when I made a mistake with a decision, he allowed me to correct it with no questions asked. I’m a customer for life because that type of service is sadly impossible to find these days, to be valued as a customer, makes one become a returning customer. As we plan our next house purchase, we are already planning our next custom order from Exceptional Furniture because once you have that level of not only service but also quality, you stay loyal. Thank you Exceptional Furniture for being first class all the way!!”
