“Kim at the Riverhead store is so helpful! I've been going there for well over 15 years and I notice she's there most of the times I'm shopping. There are numerous employees that have been there a long time (shows it's a good place to work). The store is clean; they have sanitizer/wipes when you walk in and even if there's a line at checkout, the cashiers move the line quickly. I recommend that store and I appreciate Kim's help, she's great!”

“Not a pleasant one on 6/24/26. Was purchasing five items that turned into being a half hour ordeal. A young Spanish girl, light hair and glasses literally ripped off the tags of all my items and proceeded to tell me everything was wrong. I explain that I grabbed the clearance jeans off the racks in the back . She told me that they don’t keep sensors on things that have been marked down, which is not true. She said that the chains were $32 and not 24. Incorrect. I went and got the same jeans and brought them to her and showed her that that they were $24. I had her call another manager because I refused to deal with her. The other assistant cleared the air. The cashier proceeded to be rude, and I told her I didn’t like the way she was insinuating that I changed the prices on everything I was buying. She clearly did not know what she was doing and almost lost the sale. I will shop in the store again, but I refuse to be treated that way and will not go on her line.”

“I love the store but extremely disappointed. We purchased an outdoor table set for $1400 ish with delivery. Within a month and a half our table started cracking and I called the store who then told me that its outside the 30 days so I had to contact nautical directly. I reached out to them and when I said I purchased it from homesense and provided the reciept they said they can’t do anything because it’s a brand for home sense and they are supposed to take care of this.

My table didn’t even make it one season,

Update: I spoke to customer service and I have to applaud great customer service.

After sending in some pictures and speaking with someone they have offered a gift card in the amount of the total transaction including the cost was delivery.. we loved the table, and are sad that it didn’t last but I think it’s amazing that they gave us a gift card in the full amount.

I hope all customers when writing a disappointing review take the time to share when companies and even small businesses do things the correct way.

I’m not sure if I’d purchase another outside set with this same material, but can use the gift card towards other purchases. Amazing customer service, we will be back! Ty TJM and there brands!

the wood is extremely discolored, and even stored properly with extreme care I started taking my furniture out and noticed that the table is now bubbled, and that crack in the wood expanded that you can’t even use a chair. Save your money and buy your outdoor furniture from Costco. At least they would swap it out.”

“The store was clean, check out was great, and of course the selections are great, only negative was when I arrived home I discovered the cashier had bagged my eggs poorly and I didn't notice it during check out so when I arrived home I had 4 cracked eggs. Too far back to the store for a refund or replacement.”

“There are always lost of cars but everybody is friendly. They also have attendants to guide you to a gas pump. They have a very small scape, but with the attendants they speed up the process”

“Today I went to bjs with a HUGE HUGE bag of plastic bottles to recycle and the bins were full. I had the luck of meeting Evander Herrera. He went out of his way to help me. Over the load speaker he called the designated person to come and empty the bins but they were to no avail so Evander went out of his way and made sure I was taken care of. Any other employee would just tell me it’s out of service but Evander went out of his way to help me. He deserves a raise!”

“Bought an iPhone at Riverhead Target and was very pleased with the tech people who helped me! They were friendly and very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping me! On 11/21 I was helped by Karizzma and Jeff. On Friday 11/22/19 they further helped me with my new 11 pro and a couple of fit bit type watches and my iPad. Will also was helpful! I wanted to write a comment to the store/manager to compliment these tech people and Will suggested I fill out a card at customer service. They didn't have any comment card there and recommended that I go online to comment. This I tried to no avail! What a terrible, confusing website! Gave up after many tries to simply commend those young tech people on their knowledge and helpfulness! Hopefully someone in management will see this review and also get someone to fix the Target website so customers can more easily give compliments or suggest areas that need improving.”
