Sue spent an hour in the blazing sun swapping out our Subaru battery. It was extremely corroded, and she was careful and patient removing the old battery to keep everything in tact. Tim came out and helped us too, delaying his lunch break. Amazing customer service, above and beyond what we expected. 💕
