“Such a perfect little book and unique wears store. Amazing candles, so many tarot/oracle options, all the cute stickers and so many titles I hadn’t seen. I grabbed a sea salt and orchid candle which is currently lit in my home and smells divine. Make sure you visit with some time to explore!”

“Loved it . I went to get a book by Jerry Eicher. The Amish school teacher. Not only did they not have that particular book, but they had no books by this author as well as none in this genre. The supervisor and I had a wonderful talk about the books, she was pleased to order the book for me, as well as adding a new genre to the library. She said she had never heard of these writings and was going to order the book for me post haste! ?. I was told I was getting homework and then I was given a printout of other Amish fiction authors and told to circle the ones that I wanted and they would be purchased to place into the library. That is great now I have something to look forward to during these cold fall and winter days. I'm glad I changed my mind and went to the small library as opposed to the larger library, now they'll have new books at this location, yay. ? Thank you Shameka!!!”
“Booksellers, like librarians, are committed to helping people find what they need. With the huge selection of a store like B&N, their knowledge and keen-eyed staff are most appreciated! More than once these fine folks have quickly found exactly the book I had spent ten minutes searching for pretty much right where I had been searching. When they can't find it, they'll order it, so I'm heading back today to get my next book.”
“I have never been on this campus before. I attended a event hosted by children's Institute. We watched a screening of Darrell Hammond's movie about his childhood trauma. Parking was good, and the seats were comfortable.”

“If you love Eastman School of Music, this is the place to go and buy your school stuff. any small accessories to shirts/sweats, and text books. Located on the first floor of Sibley Music Library. (but do not go up the stairs to the library. Just go through the second door and turn left!) well, in this place, you can find pretty much everything you are looking for. And, for almost everything comes with a school logo that says "Eastman"!! You can either rent or purchase text books. So if you know that you won't keep the book, just rent it. sometimes that's the best way to go and not have your book shelf full of thick textbooks!! If you are feeling cold in the rochester weather, just go in and buy some Eastman blanket and sweats. After that, you are ready to survive the weather~! I think this store is essential to all Eastman school students and community.”

“I am giving 5/5 stars for the excellent customer service. I purchased a sweatshirt for my husband and I that says “Rochester” on it (which is very cute and very hard to find anywhere else for some reason) but his size was too small. We came back to Rochester where we live but I was concerned about how I would exchange it since I had to go through TSA to get to the store. I went on their website, submitted an inquiry with my receipt and was contacted by email and phone very quickly! The store manager called me and said it was no problem to make the exchange. Not only did he call but he met me at “Arrivals” so I didn’t have to come out of my car and park in the cell phone lot! It was concierge customer service that really put a smile on my face. It may seem simple but it impressed both me and my husband. Thanks so much for the great service! I would buy more sweaters if I had another plane to catch! 😆”
