I go here a lot. For the most part the workers are knowledgeable. Sometimes I walk in and no one is at the counter and I have to wait. There is no bell or any official way to get someone's attention.

Wonderful experience. The lady over the counter helped me with my package and printed the label out for me. She even gave my son a little FedEx wings pen. Wonderful customer service. Top notch must go.
