“I've always had excellent help at my neighborhood Staples. But yesterday was exceptional. I took in 220 name tags at 5:15pm I needed printed for an event. I was told that would be ready after 1:00 pm today. He saw the disappointment on my face, as I had a 12:00 meeting with friends to help me put together everything today. I said it wasn't a big deal that I would figure out a way to get it done myself. 2 hours later I had a message that they were ready. I was so appreciative, as it turned out it was much more time consuming than I thought it was going to be, and I never would have had time to do it by myself.”

“I was shipping to my daughter in Colorado who lives at an apartment complex. The first time I made a mistake in requesting signature on delivery. The package was shipped back to me; the box was damaged, hiwever the contents were intact.
Today I shipped the package again without signature required. Cost me another $70.00 however I really wanted my daughter to get this before I saw her for Christmas this year.
After explaining all of this to Tatianna, she said the best option was to ship without signature on delivery. I wanted to ship directly to another UPS store in Colorado for my daughter to pick it up there. Unfortunately I was told I couldn’t do this.
Tatianna was very professional in handling my request. She was taking care of me and walk ins at the same time, and did this very easily. She was all business and that’s okay. I did make her smile though as I left the store.
This is my go to store as it is near our home.”
