“I was dreading the experience of having to ship a 75 lb mixing motor from Rochester to Florida, especially since i had not done anything like this before. I found that the price at UPS was competitive with other shippers and the staff at this Henrietta store handled the process (including packaging) with ease and professionally. Interestingly, the staff seem to be eager and happy to have such an unusual object. The mixing motor arrived at its intended destination in excellent condition , and well packed (as commented on by the purchaser. I will definitely use this UPS store when I have any future shipping needs. I heartly recommend their professionalism and competence.”
“Picture this…you’re a mom of two…running on all cylinders and are on the board for your kids’ sports team. You took on the task of ordering a lawn sign advertising our sponsors for our tournament. You forgot….until the week before! Suddenly, you remember, BRAD! He made BILLS lawn signs for the playoff season and was a gem!
On a whim and desperate, I sent him a message asking if he could whip two signs up FAST! I didn’t know where he worked, how he made the signs, I just asked! Turns out, Brad and this amazing little printer shop right in our city was my savior! He was able to whip up two lawn signs just in time for our tournament! I would highly recommend Downtown Minuteman Press for all of your printing needs! Especially when you are a frazzled mom and forget the things! Brad’s got you!!”

“I was planning my husband's funeral and I went to Staples to have a poster made as well as have the programs printed. This was my first funeral and I was a ball of nerves and emotions. The woman whom must have been a manager walked me through the corrections so we thought and when I say she went above and beyond to assist me she did just that. She called me stating that order was ready for pick up and I share md with her that I noticed 2 things that needed to correcting she asked that I send the corrected program over and she will make sure it was ready before the funeral. Needless to say she got it done and they didnt charge me any extra. When I tell you that you if you need to utilize a printing services I recommend Staples in Greece. I give them a 10/ 10 for customer service and price.”

His manager had to step out to get supplies from a different location and he handled the rush alone so well!
