“iPhone XS back glass replacement did very nice job. Also went in for a battery replacement. Front screen a bit loose/swishy after reassembly unsure if they reused the old adhesive. Minor nicks and scrapes around screen. Phone does not detect battery as “genuine“ apple part you decide if that’s a deal breaker or not. Really it’s Apple’s fault for allowing repair.”

Our cell situation was very complicated, including transferring phones from 2 different carriers and also adding 2 brand new lines. Chris handled all of this wonderfully, and never once acted frustrated or stressed.
