“I always come here for my bloodwork. Never painful. The one time I went somewhere else they hit a nerve. This place is always one poke for me. The women here know what they’re doing. They are always friendly and soon as I walk in I go straight back. There’s never a wait!”

Claudia responded on a Sunday evening, answered my questions, very professional and thorough, explained what she was doing throughout the process, accommodated to the situation, made sure we had as much information as we could and called us with the results on a weekday at 6:45p. She went above and beyond what I expected.”

“Everytime I go to the Chili Ave. Lab location, I have always had a good experience ! The wait is not to long and the phlebotomists there are very competent and good at what they do. Maniko was great and so is the other lady who's name I can't remember. This is my place of choice to have blood drawn everytime !!”

“Don't be misled by the hours on the google maps page. Wednesdays and Saturdays are open by appointment. I was given less than 3 days by my new employer for a pre-employment drug screen. I called and left a voicemail and they got back to me within the hour to schedule a Saturday appointment. Despite the bad weather, they were there on time and the process was relatively painless. Definitely one of the quickest drug screening processes I've gone through.”

“Finding the place was painful; don't trust Google Maps. It's actually at 10 Hagen drive on the first floor next to the elevator, with no signage in the building to indicate any ACM Labs location. However, once I found it, check in was easy and the blood draw was quick and painless.”

“Always shocked to read bad reviews for this lab. When it comes to what matters, the blood draw, I have always had the best experience. Every single other lab I've gone to has had to poke me multiple times in multiple places. I am terrified everytime because of all the bad experiences I've had with draws. They are confident and good at what they do, it never takes more than one stick, and I highly recommend them!”

“I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Linh-An C. Tuong at the Hagen Drive office a few months ago. I had only a two minute wait time before I was shown in and given the allergy tests. Dr. Tuong then spent a good amount of time with me, explaining things and asking questions. Since she switched up my protocol to a new inhaler and nose spray, I have been feeling great. Dr. Tuong and the amazing staff that I encountered on that first visit made my visit very very pleasant and I left with a smile on my face. I have trouble walking long distances, and the front desk staff very kindly offered to find me a wheel chair and took me all the way to my car.”

“My wife had a phlebotomist ( can’t remember her name … Latino woman) come to the house for a blood draw. I was out on a quick trip to pick u a prescription. My wife has dementia and refused the blood draw even though I told her it was being done. The phlebotomist took the initiative to call me when my wife refused. I was able to convince my wife to have the blood draw.Thank you for caring to call me.”

“I just came from their office and the blood tech named Kody Cox is very good...he is very concerned when he takes your blood, he asked me if I was ok while he took my blood and even after he was done he asked me if I was ok. I appreciate him... I have never had anyone that has drawn my blood ask me if I was ok and that just amazed me. He needs to get a reward for being so kind and concerned we need more people like him in this world. Kody Cox great job today!!!”

“I was a little nervous about this location due to the reviews, but needed to have a 3 hour glucose test done on my day off from work. From the receptionist to the lab techs, everyone was very pleasant. Multiple people came in from 8-10am and they were all seen extraordinarily fast compared to other labs I have used. Everyone was in and out within 10 minutes while I was here. And they were precise with always drawing my blood at the hour markers which I have heard some other lab locations are not good at.The only downside was the glucose drink was warm, but it is God awful either way, so it didn't make any difference to me lol. I will definitely be coming here again for any future lab work I need.”

“I go there for my blood tests and the people in that office are really nice and friendly period they take care of you as soon as they can which is never very long. As far as the facility goes in the winter time they keep the parking lot and walkways cleared and I have no fear of falling on snow or ice. I would recommend this to anyone in the area.”
