“This is the best location in Rochester! I come all the way out to this one, even though I live around the corner from west ridge rd. My cat was sick, that store would not lift a finger to help. “Service was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Tim found us roaming around, looking lost, and helped with a recommended ear treatment based on our new pup and the many products available. He also helped with pup safe chews recommendation which was super helpful. The teller was also super friendly and helpful... the prices were super reasonable - dog beds cheaper than Marshall's, and the stock was great as well.”

“We are really happy with our invisible fence, it works great on our two large dogs and training was an ease. Only issue is they will advertise their fence as an endless boundary, it is not. The endless boundary is just a 30s shock, but I promise 30s is more than enough. Other issue is they will say your dog will be able to come back into the yard without getting by shocked if they do get out somehow, that also is not true. We have no regrets about our fence, our dogs enjoy having a full yard now and they respect the boundary as promised.”
“We are so happy that we found Lakewind! One of our dogs has issues with strangers and their ability to board him without having to handle him is amazing. He's gotten used to being there and he loves running back and forth with his neighbors. Such nice people too!”

“Highly recommend Bob for his basic obedience class. We had 2 VERY reactive German Shepherds and after his 5-week training classes, we’ve noticed significant improvement not just in their obedience to commands, but their overall reactivity and manner around other dogs. Now we can confidently take our dogs on walks and out in public without fear of how they will react.”

“The convenience of not having to go to traditional vet is both affordable and appreciated. They handled my little girl with care and compassion! My only complaint is that they were much kinder to my dog than to me. The intake person was very professional. However, the vet and her tech were very judgmental and spoke at me, not to me. I know my dog’s nails need to be trimmed, but getting her vaccinated was much more important to me at the moment!”
