“Hometowne is great to deal with, wonderful service and friendly staff. They need to find a better way for leaving bills after a delivery as two of them blew away on me this year, which created extra work to call for an invoice.”
“I talked to a few propane companies and chose Suburban because their pricing was fair and their people were extremely nice and helpful. In addition to a furnace, we also needed propane for our 22KW generator and our living room free standing propane stove. I had a number of setup and connection questions and Suburban was very helpful in answering all my questions. After they connecting our devices, they pressure checked, leak checked and adjusted the regulators to insure all my devices had their required optimized flow. From my first call to the final instillation, I spoke to 5 people at Suburban and all 5 could not have been nicer. In summary, I found the Suburban team's customer support and their quality of work to be second to none and definitely recommend them. Just give them a call and you will quickly learn what I mean by extremely nice people”

“3 times the 26 foot trucks were terrible to drive over 45 and nearly impossible over 60. Cargo van was very nice to drive, handle, load. Has plenty of anchors to strap things down and a nice padded floor.”

“I noticed this company has been getting pretty well hammered with bad reviews so I felt necessary to share my experience and say that they have not been all that bad with me.
I resumed service on a new house, they came and checked lines, one line had a leak, The service man on hand repaired it (thank you). They came back again and swapped old tanks with new and automatically scheduled a fill service for them.
I have spoken on the phone with their customer service reps a few times now and each time they have been very pleasant and easy to talk to. The wait time is usually a few minutes to connect with someone but that is really not an issue.
If something changes I will revise my review but they have done a nice job overall for me. Dont be scared of the reviews altogether like i was when i first saw them!”

“Had a great experience purchasing two kayaks. Gary was a huge help with assisting us and helping to load them on our roof rack/secure with ratchet straps. Couldn’t recommend this store more!”
