Hometowne Energy provides excellent and great service with friendly staff and wonderful, helpful assistance. Deliveries are timely, efficient, and punctual with rapid responses. Customers describe the service as very good and fantastic. However, some note the service is very expensive. A minor issue is the method for leaving bills, which can be problematic. Many recommend the company, having switched from others and noting a significant positive difference. Overall, they are great to deal with and make the process easier despite high fuel prices.

    Very pleased with the overall experience with Hometown's Generator Team - we purchased a Generac backup home generator and everyone from Jeff in sales to Steve & Jeff the install guys were very professional, patient, and courteous. Everything was done with care and high quality!
