“2023 C8 Z06 Full PPF, ceramic coating and tint.
Katie at the front desk was very responsive and handled everything perfectly throughout the whole process. My tech Jose was amazing. You can tell he has a passion for what he does which is hard to find these days. Clean shop, great prices and amazing employees. 10 stars if I could.”
“Great folks to work with! Super friendly and easy to work with. All employees were incredibly kind. They were able to weld part of my motorcycle frame when a lot of other people in the city would not. Very reasonable pricing and quick but thorough work. Would recommend to anyone looking for welding services!”
“I was out of town for several weeks in Brighton, Rochester and my BMW 128 (2011) had issues with the brakes light, check engine soon and ABS lights all going om at the same time, the following day from a 7 hour ride. Paul was very easy to speak with and took the time right when I visited him without an appointment and did a diagnostic test. He determined it was a back passenger, side wheel sensor causing the issue and he fixed the problem. I am grateful for both Paul and Connie's kindness to a stranger and making me feel comfortable, despite the fact that I didn't have access to my mechanic back home. I would sincerely recommend Scotty's Automotive for your future auto repairs. Paul's service was excellent.”
“About 3 years ago I travelled to Rochester from Texas to visit some family and my transmission went while up in NY. Smitty’s got my vehicle fixed within a week and I was able to leave NY on time. Fast forward to 3 years later and I still drive that vehicle without issue. I appreciate this team of techs, especially for fixing my car in a timely manner. This a great no nonsense business!”
“Did a quick "while you wait" ( 10 minutes) tire plug...as our car picked up a screw... they fixed the tire right on the car.....2 really nice men...5 stars.”
“I had a great experience at the Sunoco Auto Shop. I was in town when my tire pressure suddenly dropped, so I stopped in to have it checked. Steven was incredibly helpful, thorough, detailed, and knowledgeable. I was especially impressed by the level of care and thoroughness from such a young man. He took the time to check everything carefully, explain what was going on, and still had me in and out quickly.
They found a piece of metal in the tire, which I suspect may have been picked up from the construction in the area. Hopefully, with so much construction going on, there can be extra attention to keeping debris cleared from the roadways.
Excellent customer service all around. Keep excelling, Steven! Your professionalism and attention to detail really stood out.”
“Súper Fast .. Great Price..!! They took me right away when other places around were 4 to 5 hrs of wait..!!Very friendly and efficient staff..!! Highly recommended ????”
