“This place is awesome. After a recent accident I knew that there was only 1 thing to do. Bring my car to Precision Auto Body. Yehuda and his team took care of EVERYTHING! They dealt with the insurance company (which is never fun), arranged for a rental, and of course fixed the car - better than new! It even came back cleaner than before.

“Came in with a broken ac. They inspected the car, identified a leak in the hose, were able to order the hose and have it fixed within a few days. Ralph was honest, fair and thorough. He showed me pics of the work which ended up being considerable - removing and replacing the bumper. Still, he kept the price the same as he had quoted and was honest about the whole thing. And ac works great! Will definitely be back and highly recommend this place for efficient, honest and knowledgeable repairs.”

“I'd been looking for a local shop to take my car for a while, but with the sheer number it was difficult to decide until I came across Salerno. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, which makes a huge difference for me. I also did not feel like they assumed I know nothing about cars (which is often the case as a woman until I start talking about what I DO know). They were very quick to look at what was needed, gather the parts, and the next day get the car done same-day. I find the prices to be very reasonable, especially compared to what the dealer quoted me for the same exact repair. Salerno was also way more thorough than the dealer on looking at what I pinpointed as concerns, and fixed exactly what I suspected was the issue. I'll note that I pointed out the same exact issue to the dealer, and it was absolutely overlooked. Definitely will be taking my car to Salerno for all future repairs!

“I had a great experience at Essential Auto. Dan is the sweetest and most honest guy. I came from Acura service and they told me I needed work worth $5,000. Being that my car's warranty was over, I looked up mechanics near me on Google and came across Essential with all 5 star reviews. I gave it a shot and I'm glad I did. They are honest, reasonable and told me I didn't need 2 out of the 3 repairs Acura suggested. Being a woman and not too knowledgeable with cars, they didn't use my lack of knowledge against me. This is my new go-to place for repairs. They also have a nice comfortable waiting room which is convenient. Thanks so much?”

“Brought in my '99 E36 M3 with a low-voltage electrical issue and a possible air leak, and the team at Motorcepts nailed it. They did a thorough inspection and found a leak in the brake booster along with corrosion on the 12V positive line, issues that could've easily been missed. “First, I want to start with the phone call. I was on my way to a body shop closer to me for my inspection sticker, but unfortunately, the professionalism and customer service were not great. While searching for other nearby options, I found Poly Body Shop, and I am so glad I did!
William was incredibly helpful and attentive from the start. I originally went in for a state inspection and found out I needed my rear brake pads replaced. William was honest with me about the issue and was able to replace the brake pads and rotors the very next day.
The service was quick and efficient, and the experience overall was excellent. William and his team were very kind, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
I would definitely come back if I need any further repairs or assistance. Highly recommend!”
“I went to Brooklyn Motors because I wanted to upgrade the exhaust on my Infiniti Q50. The stock exhaust was way too quiet for my liking, and I wanted something a little louder without being over the top.
Eric, the owner, really knows his stuff. He suggested going with a Fast Intention Exhaust paired with AMS Lower Downpipes, and I’m glad I took his advice.
Once everything was installed, I was extremely happy with the results. The exhaust sounds amazing — deeper, more aggressive, but still clean. You can really hear the car breathing much better now. The whole process was smooth, and the quality of work was on point.
