“Over the years I've purchased 2 amplifiers, a CD player, a set of speakers and a wireless DAC from Dave's. Without exception, the advice from the sales team has been spot-on & pleasurable.I recently purchased a high-end CD transport from an out of town dealer, but needed a (equally nice) DAC to go with it. I headed to Dave's where two sales people and Dave went to great lengths to match a proper DAC for my new transport. Dave thought a specific DAC would be perfect but is no longer manufactured, so he called multiple dealers / warehouses to see if anyone might have NOS on their shelves, with no luck. One of the sales members scoured their own warehouse & came up with an absolute gem tucked away & forgotten about...a few years old, but new in-the-box.Dave offered the unit at a drastically reduced price & once again I left the store completely satisfied & impressed with their dedication & professionalism. Never call out no matter what, make sure the store employees are happy. They are even kind to those who dont bother to show up for their shifts and try to figure out how they can make things better for them . “Very nice 7-11 not a huge one, but good enough.. the service worker, Christal, was such a big help to me, I'm handicapped. Great service station. New slurpee machines. We,( my husband & I) had lunch here. Boneless chicken on a skewer. Korean BBQ and hot Hawaiian sweet. Slurpee free full up here. On July1-11 get reward points too. Car washes, air, vacuum, 4 types of gas, hand wash your car too!!!? Nice place..”

“With limited options in a small town, CVS is a great place to grab some quick items like allergy meds and aspirin. They have a better selection than tops across the street. There's a good selection of discounts/sale items. You can always find a good deal on something. Scheduled my Covid booster shot here during lunch, even though they were super busy with appointments and walk ins. The pharmacy staff was very friendly and able to move people along in a timely matter. The store is right on Main Street, they are in need of some upgrades. Start with the parking lot, so many potholes.”

“I’m not sure if she was the manager or not or even this location or it was the other Henrietta one But in early September this lovely lady working helped me when I got sent to the wrong 711 location to pick up my car and paid for my Uber in a horrible time I was in and didn’t have any purse with me. (She had long pretty braids) i think I know that’s not a great description but I was out of it just getting out of the hospital that’s all I can remember ) I hope she sees this message! “We have 7 lines on our plan so I am constantly in need of something. This location is super convenient! I love having somewhere to stop into in person, and Alissa has been so helpful the last two times I have been there! I opened a new line and was transferring someone else's number from Spectrum to my Verizon plan. It wasn't working at first and Alissa gave me her number when I left the store to make sure to follow up with me and see it through. She was so thorough and helped until the issue was resolved. The second time I went in, my husband's phone had just stopped working. I went in to upgrade, I was paired with Alissa again, and again, it was an amazing experience! She's top notch for customer service! I have to go in today for my daughters phone and I'm hoping she's there! Everyone in this store is really friendly both times I've been in. They all seem knowledgeable about the phones and the services.”

“I went to Best Buy to pick up an Amazon Fire Stick so I could watch the Green Bay Packers on Monday Night Football. (My favorite two teams are the Green Bay Packers and whoever is playing Da Bears.) This used to be simpler - there was a Fire Stick. Now there's Fire Stick Lite, Fire Stick, Fire Stick 4k...so I went looking for a Blue Shirt. Several were back in home theater, holding a caucus of some kind. I was getting a little perturbed when I approached a very large Blue Shirt that looked like he could have been a defensive lineman. He asked if I needed help and I replied, "You look like a man who knows everything there is to know about Amazon Fire Sticks. That's what I need!" He nodded, and immediately solved the mysteries. I was remiss in not paying attention to his name badge, too. I selected my Fire Stick and headed for the register - game time was approaching! I got to the apartment, opened the box (I've done this installation before, at home) and plugged in everything. I powered everything up, the Fire Stick splash screen did its little dance, and...oh, oh. The dreaded screen that says, "Having trouble locating the remote. Press and hold the (icon - home) for 10 seconds. I did. No response. Did it again. Nothing. The screen suggested holding the remote closer to the Fire Stick. I stood behind the TV and held the remote right next to the blasted Fire Stick. Nuthin'. Okay, maybe the included batteries are bad, so I switched to new ones. Did the same dance - nothing. Nada. Gnorscht. Obviously, the remote was bad and there is no workaround. So, I boxed the whole thing up again and watched the game on my cell phone - a far cry from a 50" hi-def television. I returned the Fire Stick to Best Buy today and told the customer service rep it didn't work, expecting to recite the entire tale of woe I spelled out for you two paragraphs ago. Nope. No questions asked. The credit should appear on my credit card any minute now. Best Buy has always been good to me back home, I expected nothing less in ROC and they lived up to the Best Buy reputation. Thanks, Blue Shirts! Who was that masked man? I don't know but I wanted to thank him!”
