“I had a great experience at the Verizon store on Chili Ave in Rochester the other day. I walked in expecting the usual long wait and confusing phone plan talk, but Nathan, the rep who helped me, completely changed that. Right away he greeted me and asked what I needed, and I explained that my phone had been acting up and I was thinking about upgrading but wasn’t sure what my options were. Nathan took the time to walk me through a few different phones and plans without making me feel pressured to buy the most expensive thing. He even showed me a couple settings on my old phone that I didn’t know about and helped transfer all my photos and contacts when I decided to upgrade. The whole process was smooth and honestly way less stressful than I expected. By the time I left, everything was set up and working perfectly, and Nathan made sure I knew how to use the new features before I walked out. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a phone store. ?”

“The coffee tasted BURNT!! On a few occasions. But besides that it’s a great location. The coffee section is very clean. The food is fresh (as fresh as it can be)
Gas is a good price here too.
The employees here are always great, happy and polite. Take care of the employees, they keep it clean!”

“I went twice in a week. First to buy a phone and change service and second time to transfer old phone to new phone. The clerks who worked with me were awesome, the others not so much. During my first visit I was the only customer and three of the clerks were clowning around, being noisy and they made it hard for me to hear and it was distracting. I said something to them about that and the noisy one acted put out. I found their behavior to be quite rude and unprofessional.”

“Stopped for gas, left questioning the linear nature of existence. The pump displayed numbers that didn’t add up to reality. A man eating a corn dog asked if I believed in destiny. I said I was just getting gas. He nodded, as if that confirmed everything.
Inside, a wall of energy drinks hummed in unison like a chorus of chaos. I picked one called “Lizard Blood.” It tasted like betrayal and watermelon. The cashier had the eyes of someone who’d watched too many people buy Slim Jims at 3 a.m. “Pump three,” I said. “You are pump three,” he whispered. I haven’t slept right since.

“Went to pick Beer and Seltzer last week and the store was sparkling clean and neatly arranged. Maria was really helpful in helping me with my questions. One young lady at the store helped me with Seven-11 rewards, have been to couple of other Seven-11 stores but no one asked me about rewards program and young lady helped me signing up for rewards and i got good discount on Seltzer. For sure visiting again.”
