“The staff are ALWAYS very helpful & professional & same staff, maybe senior staff, but regular for years! Not a fast turnover at all? Which suggests to me doing something right & always kind in greetings & pleasantries! Very much appreciated in these stressful times!”

“I take great joy in writing about my experience about this branch of UPS store at 177 East Main St, Store # 4992, New Rochelle, NY. The whole staff is always courteous to everyone whether the store is full of customers and very busy of if it’s one Customer. They work smoothly and has an always smile for everyone. Regardless of what question a customer has, it’s never a bother to them and they always have the right answer. I live in the Bronx and yet I go to this store which is miles away just because of the customer service that is second to none. I hope that management appreciate the staff at this branch. They deserve bonuses. Their customer service is top of the line especially THOMAS.”

“Without a doubt, the most friendly and helpful staff of any UPS store I've ever been in!! the team was not only helpful and knowledgeable, but they treated me with respect while also having some fun with the work! If I ever need to ship from the area again (I grew up in the area and was visiting family) I this will be my only stop. Thank you!!!”

“I had an AMAZING experience with Anthony at The UPS Store in Riverside! I first called with several questions, and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. When I came in person, he continued to answer every single question I had. He even came outside to measure my item, carried it inside for me, and took care of EVERYTHING. I didn’t have to carry it, pack it, tape it, or worry about a thing—Anthony handled the entire process from start to finish. He was so smart, fast, professional, and knowledgeable. Seriously, WOW! This is what great customer service looks like. Anthony absolutely deserves Employee of the Month! The UPS Store is lucky to have him. I left so happy and impressed with the service I received. Thank you, Anthony sooooo much!!!! He was there today 08/19/26 at 5:30 PM!!!”

“Getting ready to sell your home is a pretty big undertaking! Barbara came to our house, looked around and put together a plan to get us uncluttered, organized, staged and ready for our open house in 10 days! Diane, executed the plan and worked side by side with me to get this very big job done. Having support and help through this quick and exciting change was amazing. We would not have been ready without A Nu Start NY. Barbara is a professional at this craft! Thank you”

“Always a pleasure coming here, easy, convenient and fast. The guys here are good at what they do, knowledgeable and friendly. Most of the bad reviews here are from the customers/people in the area who are just difficult people or they just don’t understand how things work, I’m a regular here and have seen first hand multiple customers be difficult with the guys here when they are simply just doing their jobs, this place is great, the only thing I tell people to look out for is they can’t take UPS or Amazon QR codes and they don’t have access to FedEx Accounts there. Other than those two things I highly recommend this place!”

“Just want to give a Thank You! To the UPS store (especially Scott!) on Shore Rd. They’re always so patient and kind - I go in there at least 2x a week between business and personal - and there is never a time I’m in there that they aren’t friendly and fast - all while putting up with all of us and our crazy returns.”
