“I love this post office. The staff is always in good spirits and they’re ready to help with any issue. The gentleman there always greets me with a smile and is quick and efficient with my packages. I ship a lot because I have a small business and I will always choose USPS. When I came in with a bunch of orders the other day no one sighed or looked upset they were ready to scan & get me to my next errand. They really know how to get a long line down fast while giving each individual customer care and time. Great job guys!!”

“Staff I saw and dealt with today were all super nice and the young man behind the counter was very helpful and sweet. Quick and easy process of signing up for a new services. The young man answered all of my questions nicely and I love their 24 hr. access options which are hard to find in other locations. Good experience and I recommend.”

“The Cos Cob post office has the best postmaster, Frank. He goes above and beyond and I am always confident in mailing important packages since they arrive at their destination on time, unlike every other post office.”
“Easily the best post office I’ve ever used. They have a parking lot (!!) and I’ve gotten to know both postmasters and most of the clerks over the past decade. The staff is professional and efficient and even though at busy times it backs up easily (credit a lot of privileged suburbanites who use the USPS all of once a year and equally unprepared college kids from the two local schools), I have always trusted this post office and the excellent service and support they’ve long given me and my business.”

We ship a broad variety of packages and they get the job done well every time.
I always wonder how come deliveries are quicker when shipped from this USPS or the one in Rye, than when shipped from other area sites? The difference is noticeable and why we travel a bit out of our way for our mailing needs.”

“All I've had were positive experiences at this Scarsdale post office. I don't agree at all with the other reviewers regarding the man with the mustache. He's always polite and friendly. Regarding passports, there are rules and you need to follow them. If you don't make an appointment, they can't service you. What's so difficult to understand?
Every worker in here are very nice and have taken care of me through many years.”

“Needed a lot of help mailing a big package. Philip was at window and greeted me and asked if I needed help. He was cheerful and really helped me get package ready and mailed it off. He asked me how fast I needed to arrive and explained different rates. It was a pleasure to deal with such a kind and helpful clerk. “I came from another postal office that sent me away twice because the person who processes passports was out. I showed up to this location and kalia was so understanding and helpful, she got me sorted and was able to get me in with expedited passport service. We need more people that are eager to help in these kinds of positions. 10/10 highly recommend she gets a raise asap!”

“I don’t know why there are bad reviews but I’ve had the BEST experience every single time. My daughter is getting married and they’ve been very helpful with the invitations (domestic & international). They personally stamped each one since the wax seal makes it difficult to go through the machine.
Zena & her colleagues give extraordinary customer service: always smiling, friendly, patient & helpful.
I live in Greenwich and I drive here because they’re friendlier & more helpful than the one in my town, lol.
