βFantastic store with even better staff! I went in today to get shoes for my daughter. Winnie was absolutely amazing with her. She was kind, thoughtful and took her time with us. Her patience with my 19 month old daughter was incredible!! She was able to get the best shoe and fit for my daughter and her orthopedic device. Thank you, Winnie!!β

βI found Steve's Shoes by accident while searching everywhere online for a pair of shoes in my size. I ordered a pair of shoes in size W, the only available, and they were promptly shipped and delivered but were indeed too wide. I returned the pair I had via mail at no cost and asked the store if they could order my size in Medium from a vendor, as I really wanted these shoes. They checked for me, ordered what I needed, and promptly sent them to me the day I received it. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and my new shoes.β

βWell organized ! I came into during the Black Friday sale looking for outfits for my soon to be god daughter. Ava approached me asking if I needed help with anything and I told her what I was looking for. She helped me piece outfits together, and then brought me to the register, since I will be shopping in here more frequently, she offered to sign me up for the rewards card and explained how I can get points and use them on future purchases! Great store!β
βI live on Long Island and had ordered shoes to be delivered since UGG slippers I needed were not in stock ANYWHERE! Not only were they so helpful, I had them the next day!!β

The selection is incredible, with more variety than I’ve seen anywhere else, and options at all different price points.
Lyle, the owner, is wonderful to work with. If he’s not out front, it’s absolutely worth asking for him. We always prefer supporting this locally owned Greenwich business over big stores or online shopping.

It's rare to find a salesperson as kind and knowledgeable as Andy. I brought my 81-year-old Mother to Com-Fit Shoes to buy a pair of sneakers. Andy was friendly, helpful, patient and wonderful. He helped her get different shoes on, he explained what kind of support each sneaker offered and what to look for in toe-room. It was such a pleasant visit. As soon as we came in we were met with a warm greeting and Andy gathered up a few shoes based on what my Mother said she was looking for. Not only do her new shoes provide the right support, but the sales team was friendly and helpful in a way that older people really seem to appreciate/enjoy. Will definitely go back.β

βThe store is presented to the usual clarks standard. It was quiet and clean at the time. The two young assistants seemed adequately pleasant..both ended up helping me. I visited the store for an exchange of a product purchased online.
The African American young lady went the extra mile and actually issued an immediate PayPal refund based on the fact that the exact same shoe ( different size) was on discount in the store. Therefore, less than what I paid when I ordered online. I was actually happy and prepared to do the straight swap - so the refund of the difference was a really nice touch that I appreciated.
The store seemed to have a good variety of stock for both men and women.. Didn't pay much attention to the kid's products.
I would return for sure! Especially as a visitor to the states. It was a great first impression.β
