Rob, the tech specialist was phenomenal! He showed us how to connect everything to our phones and all the features the RX 350 has to offer. He was so kind and patient! I just picked up my new ES 350 F Sport today. Both Robert and Tim were extremely helpful during the process. I got an excellent price and the pickup process was extremely safe. In the service was Rob and myself and we were always at least 8 feet apart. Gloves and masks were worn during the entire process.
