“I recommended coming to this store if you would like an easy pressure free customer service experience. My mothers phone went a bit crazy and we didn’t realize why, but thanks to Jay, we found out it was infected by a virus which left her information vulnerable and was also the cause of the low efficiency she was experiencing. Jay was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and provided the best customer service experience I’ve ever had a phone store. Thank Jay, we will be your customers for life!”
