“I bought my car from Lead Honda Yorkville in Sept this year. It was a 2024 with under 20 000 miles on it. Honda certified. Almost immediately i noticed it wasn't shifting right and the engine sounded very loud. Lead Honda had me bring it in a few times to trouble shoot it. It wasn't easy for them to find out what the issue was. Third time was a charm. They found the problem in my engine and to make it right they had to replace my whole engine, block up. So impressive that they went through all this trouble for me. Thats how important it is to them to make it right and make their customers happy. Oh..plus a brand new pilot loaner car when they had my car. Definitely recommend Lead Honda in Yorkville. Shout out to CJ for tracking all the progress and being a great customer service rep ! “I picked up my 2017 Dodge Durango today and I am so satisfied with the excellent job that Nick and his crew did on my car. It looks brand new. I bought the car new and never had it detailed. Just washed it and vacuum the inside. On top of cleaning the body and inside of the car, Nick shined up my rims and even repaired a patch of rust that was starting on my driver's side door. “I was getting wipers for my Range Rover and apparently there’s only specific blades that match up. I went to the counter and Taryn was extremely helpful as she and another younger female associate looked up the vehicle on the computer, came out to check the wiper arm, and make sure I received the Bosch brand that fit. We went back inside, they opened up the packaging, took off the standard clip, put on the included attachment, and got my wipers all ready to install. They offered to come out and change the blades but I told them I could do it myself. I was pleased with the customer service and it was great seeing the teamwork between employees.”

My transmission started slipping so I stopped in Bridgewater and nobody had the right fluid so I called NAPA and not only did they have it but they brought it to Stewart's for Mr. That was really nice of them to do that and I really appreciate it.
