“I needed to rent a car for my son who was visiting. I placed my order online several hours before the pick up. When I arrived I was greeted by Vincent. He acknowledged me immediately even though he was helping another customer.
The Car I reserved was no longer available but Vincent gave me an immediate upgrade. The process went very quickly and I was in and out within 20 minutes....

“I don’t give reviews unless they’re worthy of a five star. I’ve been using Avis for a few months now I rent a car about twice a week. I have found it to be less expensive than buying a car right now and paying insurance. I have another car so this is just for convenience. I’m happy with every car that I’ve rented. If you have an AARP membership, you can get a better discount when going though AARP for Avis but either way I prefer them over all the other car rental places in Massapequa and I’ve tried them all. It’s a very fast and efficient process, and I haven’t had any issues with any of the vehicles.”

Another airline services ( SW ) service provided me with a particular car rental service at the NYC airport with a contract since August. upon arrival in NYC for Thanksgiving i attempted to retrieve the vehicle but the pick-up location was not correct, which left me stranded during the thanksgiving holiday at the airport until a family member arrived from long island. the following day after Thanksgiving Avis provided me a vehicle for the same rate senior and/ or AAA . “I drive for Uber and rent through Avis. Today I had a FANTASTIC experience working with Tony at the Farmingdale location.
The vehicle I was driving needed to be swapped out because it required scheduled maintenance beyond an oil change. Tony spoke professionally with me on the phone yesterday and explained he would do his best to have a vehicle matching my preferences available, but couldn't promise anything. He came through 100%!
Tony shared with me that he is new to this Farmingdale location - he was transferred from Huntington with hopes of improving customer satisfaction ratings.
**If anyone from corporate should see this - GREAT JOB!
Tony is honest, friendly and does what he says he will do. We even had a conversation on the lot about the importance of being kind to all people.
