“This place is Amazing. Ran in there for a last minute purchase of new boots on a Sunday afternoon, 30 mins before closing. Emily & Angelina were wonderful. They where very knowledgeable about their products and sold me on everything they put in front of me. This is a family owned business and provide an excellent warranty on everything. This purchase was an investment in quality boots and I knew I was getting my money's worth. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone. “Went here today to get shoes for my 18 month old. We have previously gone to the Sayville location, which is the same ownership. We do like that store, but this one was even better in our option. The owner of this location was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew just from looking at my son that the first pair he tried on was not the right fit. Very impressive how he could tell just from watching him walk. I very much enjoyed our experience here and talking to the owner about the Mets while my son tried on shoes was a nice little bonus for me. We will definitely be coming back every time my son needs new shoes.”

“Boutique shoe store that seems to specialize in very comfortable shoes. Top name brands, and the most comfortable models in those brands. Selection is quite limited, but it's understandable for such a small store. But the selection is still quite impressive, and I'm sure you're going to find at least one pair of shoes that you like. During our first visit we bought four pairs of shoes. Not bad, considering that we only intended to browse the selection. We were so impressed with the high quality service from staff members Tracy and Sophia, that we came back two more times, each time bringing my 83-year-old mother who was just as impressed with the wonderful and attentive service that we received from the staff. So, between the three of us, we wound up buying 11 pairs of shoes in just three visits. Wow! I can't believe it myself considering what a cheapskate I am. LOL ?. We are definitely going to shop here again when we need new shoes ?.”

“I ordered shoes for pickup. The item was ready so quickly. When I got there my baby had fallen asleep in the car. I called the store and someone came to my car to drop them off for me. Very polite and considerate employees.”
“I had a great experience at this location today with Candace the manager. I was on lunch break looking to quickly return damaged Nike slides that I got from the outlets so that I could buy better ones online somewhere. The outlet location also rang up the wrong box of shoes.
Candace quickly retrieved new slides in their correct box and I was able to do an even exchange all under 8 minutes. I did not expect to leave with anything and I did. She saved me so much time and energy! She also informed me that she would reach out to the other store to make them aware so it doesn't happen to someone else.

“The jazz loft is a hidden gem, Google it and see all the amazing shows that are happening. The decor is amazing and a fine example of what a jazz club should look like. Venue is on the second floor with the first floor welcoming you to a historical museum show casing some incredible jazz memorabilia. I highly recommend you pay this place a visit.”

“I have used Schwabs Second Wind as my go to place for sneakers for the last several years. I am especially difficult to fit given that I have extra wide flat feet, supination, wear custom orthotics and have had 3 major foot surgeries in the last 3 1/2 years.
The team at Schwabs is knowledgeable, patient, informative and professional. They never let you leave until you have footwear that fits well and is appropriate for the conditions unique to each customer. They have custom ordered sneakers for me that upon arrival were not conducive to my needs or interests and never flinch if I ask to try a different product.
My last 3 experiences, Claire has been the person working most closely with me. She is a superstar! After two visits, trying on MULTIPLE style sneakers in various sizes, she and her teammate got me fitted into a pair of Ghost Max 3. They fit amazingly well out of the box and are comfortable even with my custom orthotics inserted.
