“I recently retired and wanted to get back into Bow Hunting. Several friends (who are avid bowhunters) recommended FLX. I went to the store and met Cliff- what a true professional!!! He spent a considerable amount of time with me an eventually sold me a Ravin crossbow. I couldn't be happier. Yesterday, I broke my bow doing something "stupid" and gave Cliff a call, he said to bring in back to the store and they would take a look at it. In short, they immediately evaluated the bow and said "go have lunch and we will make the repair". Cody got me back in business and I was able to hunt last night! This shop values customer service and they have the knowledge and skill to select and repair the products sell. In my book they get five stars *****!”
