“I had the pleasure of shopping at J Jill at Eastview Mall this week. It was like a high-end boutique versus a regular mall store. The women were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made suggestions to create outfits and how to wear various pieces in a variety of ways. And they were so helpful in the dressing room, volunteering to bring alternate sizes and more. I’d highly recommend this store.”

“I've been here several times when I visited the Eastview Mall. They have large variety of clothing selections as well as shoes at cheap prices. I liked their shoes, especially. Pretty large store so you will be able to see this at one sight when you walk around the mall. Decent store to check out and they have good Returns policy as well. And the staff are all nice and helpful. Overall, good shopping experience in here and I think I would check here out again when I visit the mall.”

“I worked here for about a year (in two non-consecutive chunks) and I think it's the best part-time retail job. There are a lot of fun people who work there which can help make the shifts pass by pleasantly. If you love the clothes, it's a win-win situation because the employee discount is better than any other retail store's employee discount. This is the only Madewell store in the western NY area so I hope it stays there for a while!”

“I introduced my sister to your store and while there I noticed a sweater I had purchased less than two weeks prior to my visit to NY was on sale. Kristyn Pearl was the only sale associate at the time. She had 5 customers in line and efficiently helped each customer. When my sister was checking out, opening a new account with Ann Taylor, Kristyn heard my comment about the sale of my sweater. She Went ahead and looked up my purchase and gave me the discount for my sweater. She was most kind and efficient with all the customers in line. I wanted to make sure she was recognized for her outstanding service to your company.”

“Continually just my favorite people to work with in any retail store. They go the extra mile. Forgive me I couldn't help myself. They're great at getting you the right shoe, and i highly recommend their aftermarket sole inserts. Have decreased my foot pain a great deal. Prevention is key though. I've never had a bad experience in any location, and I've been a customer for over 10 years in many places. But the victor location my current home spot. And they're just great.”
