“He is very good, very reliable, flexible, responsive, good price. So why I replaced him? Just because Petro supply me not only with oil, but also with propane and boiler service, so I only need to deal with one supplier rather than 3. Otherwise I would stay with him forever. Very recomended”

“I like the fact that he charges the same price for cash and credit, something increasingly rare. Also, I don't like to use no-name brands in my car, so I like the idea of this being a well-respected brand.”

“All crossroads lead to this Speedway! (Formally Hess Express)I usually gas up here before hitting the highways. The best part about this gas station:- Dunkin Donuts is next door- The pizza place is next door- Starbucks is across the street- They're building a Chick-fil-A right next doorIf your going on a long trip and need these essentials, then this place is an oasis in a sea of asphalt. Be careful, I must point out there are multiple ways you can access the pumps and cars are coming from all sides. Speedway rocks, get their rewards card!”

“I cross checked this information: CHEAPEST gas in Smithtown/ commack/ st james area! Especially if you fill up with premium! Special shoutout to employee “Isabella” at Tim Hortons who needs a raise for working at both Tim Hortons and Mobil(when customers were waiting). Women are incredible!”

“It took us a year to finally become patients because there is quite a long waiting list at this practice. There is a reason for this. We have never regretted the wait. The first visit lasted for hours. They are so thorough and take their time. You never feel like you are being rushed or that you don't understand what the doctor is saying. It is medical care the way you wish it was! We love Dr. A and Liz!”

“Just had my car inspected and my tire plugged in under 30 minutes. The owner Hans showed up and stated he just bought the business a short time back. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and his prices were fair. I had called a reputable tire place and the dealer directly in regards to a slow leak in a tire. The tire place said they couldn't put my electric car up in the air and should call the dealer. The dealer had me make an appointment and said a patch would cost $135. Hans had me turn the tire, drive back a few feet, spotted the nail, had it plugged, put proper inflation on all four tires for $20. The repair shop is attached to the BP gas station and my inspection receipt listed them as Smithtown car. I'd highly recommend considering this place for your car needs.”

“This gas station is great! The prices are always the lowest and they aren't even service! I always get gas here on my way home from work. I had ice all over my windshield (I did a really crappy job of getting it off) and while I was getting gas the gas attendant went inside and actually brought out a bucket of very hot water probably from the bathroom and poured it all over my windshield for me!! In my opinion you don't find courtesy like that much around anymore!! There is a little convenience store inside, not that much of a selection but this is the type of gas station where you're at in and out they do all the work for you. Highly recommend!”

“I don't have enough kind things to say about an employee that works here. His name is John and he is always professional, kind and attentive. There are a lot of places I could get gas in this area but I always come to this location simply because every interaction with this employee is a highlight of my day. John is an excellent employee and the owner of this business should be aware of how much of an asset he is. I for one always know where I'm getting my gas”

“I would give it five stars but I only gave it four because they charge more for using your credit card. There are many gas stations that have the same price. There’s no reason why they cant practice that same policy.”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
