Gabe offered to take a look, and within 15 minutes I had my lamp fixed and even better than it was before. A few weeks back i needed glass replaced on a painting, and they replaced that for a reasonable price as well. Thank you Gabe and Sayville Brinkmann for being the best hardware store around!”

“The shopping experience here is great; far better than the big box stores. Not only are you greeted personally when you come in but for a small store they have an amazing inventory. Not only are they fully stocked with inventory but if you have problem to fix and have not been able to figure out a solution the owners often can make a suggestion that enables you to fix the issue. “I am truly grateful for the help Nick gave me. I called in at 4:55 closing time is 5 o’clock. Nick was empathetic towards my situation, I had no heat.
He gathered the parts that I needed to correct my problem . He left them outside the store so I could pick them up and not go through the night without any heat. He also offered me his personal cell phone and encouraged me to call him , and he would walk me through the repair.

“The guys behind the counter were very helpful. I was dead tired coming from work right before closing. They likely were also tired because as I said it was right before closing, yet they greeted me, asked me if I needed help, and helped me find what I needed. I used a 20% off coupon that I had in my email. I got a pair of truck ramps for the snow storm today so I can transport my snowblower. All in all very positive experience I never used this harbor freight before but out of every store that I have visited this was by far the best. Whoever is the manager, they did a good job because he or she has a good team.”

“There is something to be said for local shops. I bought the wrong paint and James and Vicky were so accommodating and friendly and helped me out in the return of a custom paint. While we were doing the return and processing the new paint, we shot the breeze and got to know each other. Ill go here first for any home needs I have for the next 20 years. People make a company. And all customers want these days is a sense of community and nice people to talk to. A nice chat and friendly smiles reminded me of why I love living here. Give these two a nice Christmas bonus - they earned a customer for life for your business. Honestly.”

I asked about a salt to drive my walkway and they offered me information and pricing on multiple options! When I got to the store another very kind employee directed me to the product options and offered to bring my purchase out to my vehicle. Great customer service and great store.”
