“I needed tiles from an original purchase from 15 years ago- the minute I walked in and showed Anna the tiles, she identified them immediately and was able to find a source to get the tiles that I need to make my repair.

“This Costco is undergoing some construction inside and out, but still gets 5 stars. It's one of my favorite Costco locations. The staff is great. Holbrook Liquor is in the same building and you don't need to be a Costco memeber to take advantage of their prices. And this Costco location also has a gas station.”

“Pretty solid Costco with a pharmacy, vision center, hearing aids, and tire shop. They also have a gas station that closes about an hour after the warehouse. The gas station is not beside the Costco, but across the shopping center”

“Pros:- mango smoothie is available at this Costco!! $2.99 The mango smoothie is not available at the Garden City Costco and in Queens currently - return checkout is really fast - clean inside - some of the items are different than items in the New York City Costco- cheaper by a couple of dollars here for some items Cons:- smoothie tastes sour and it tastes like a lot of oranges and old mango because it's dark in color. Overall, I would come back it's a great Costco to shop!”
“They are very nice and professional. Ginny is the best, at least from the people I interact with. They work efficiently, wait time is not bad even when they are busy. They help you obtain prescription for refill when needed and never messed up my prescription/medication. Just because it’s Costco does not mean medications are cheaper, some common medications, yes but I am finding out that come medications are more expensive at Costco than some pharmacies.”
“This is the least busiest Costco in Long Island. You can always find parking but you may have to park farther away from the entrance. The recycling area has only one plastic and can machine working but everything else seems to be fine. The check out area isn't as big as the Westbury or Melville locations but they do move quick. The best part about the Commack location is that they have gas pumps! You can pay with your Costco Visa card or with your membership and another form of payment. Highly recommend if you need to refuel!”
“Ordered a selection of Pashimas as Mother's Day gifts for our residents in an Assisted Living Facility.....was VERY happy The quality of the pieces were well made with a beautiful selection of colors - and designs. “All food bulk quality, Visited Restaurant Depot at Farmingdale, Long Island. The warehouse is very large with extensive stock of frozen foods, meat, vegetables, restaurant supplies, and bulk grocery items. Prices are competitive for restaurant and wholesale buyers. The cold storage section is impressive and products are arranged systematically. Staff members were generally cooperative and checkout process was smooth. Good place for restaurant owners, caterers, and bulk purchasers. Parking facility is also convenient. Overall, a useful wholesale marketplace for food business operators.”

“Has been a good store prefer it over Deer Park. Only issue I have been having lately is the At&t guys are relentless, I have AT&T but they don't let up. I go with my toddlers by myself sometimes real quick to pickup a few things. Last time I went there I told the guy I already I had At&t and he literally started running after me and i had to repeat myself again and he backed off. Today same thing happend again I had to yell at him to backoff and leave me alone.”
“I wanted to share my positive experience that I had with Glynna, who works at the customer service desk. Glynna deserves to be recognized and praised for the upmost caring and genuine customer service she displayed to me on Sunday 9/28. I came in to purchase Disney gift cards & for some reason my new credit card kept cancelling the transaction due to potential fraud. I ended up having to call my credit card company, who assisted me, but took way longer than I had anticipated. Glynna was beyond patient, caring and understanding. Eventually we got the situation resolved and I was able to purchase my gift cards. I truly believe that Glynna’s patience in this situation helped me remain calm. What a caring human being you have working for your company. You should be so proud! Thank you again Glynna for all of your assistance!”

The optician Alan was so patient in helping me select new frames…They have updated the entire optical department which I feel is now so much more personal, user-friendly and professional. I’ve only been using this Costco for all my optical needs, and highly recommend it. Kudos to Alan and his entire team!”
