“I bought my 2013 xt4 from a very pleasant gentleman Ashley at Crest August of 2025. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales person. I just brought it in for a new push button starter. Of course crest happens to be down a machanic which kept my car there longer than usual but having a warranty helped me keep my visit at a lower price. Although, just having bulbs put in the handles and lowest point in back bottom of car were way too exspensive to have done I was disappointed but my car is running and after not having to use my car for two in a half weeks I had an appointment coming up in which they kept up until that date. I’d rather deal with the men directly fixing my car and not the female secretary in that area. Overall it was ok for that visit.”

“What can I say Omgaaaaghd, the service that I received from start to finish, the communication was on point, I am a person that was worried about my vehicle not being in the same county as me. But, from me calling to check the progress which was almost 2 or 3 times a week lol. Sara was very nice when she answered the phone and when she was not able to answer a question that I had she transfered me over to my adjustor Katelyn who was very professional and very knowledgeable and kept great communication, I spoke to Brian he was very nice as well. “What a great find. Drove by this place for many years thinking they just serviced local dealer cars. Stopped in and to my surprise, there is an actual showroom with pick up bed caps, covers, side rails, trailer hitches, etc. I was looking at bed covers and they had many brands/types on display to view. Pricing was inline with other shops I have been in. My suggestion to the lady working thete was for the owner to put up a more formidable/informative sign to draw in more customers that may not lnow this place exists. I will definitely keep them in mind once I decide on a specific bed cover/tonneau cover.”

“I called at least seven auto repair places inquiring about a timing belt change for my VW TDI. Four out of the seven said they didn’t do that specific job, probably because it is a labor intensive job requiring specialty tools. However, one of the shops that I called recommended, Fender Rebender.
Bob, the owner of Fender Rebender, is awesome! I have been to countless mechanics for the various Volkswagen TDI issues that I’ve encountered over my 20+ years of owning them and Bob is THE most knowledgeable mechanic I have met. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants an excellent and highly knowledgeable mechanic.”
