“Great old school hardware store with knowledgeable and helpful employees. Been going there for years.Went there today, in the snow storm, to see if they had a pull string starter for my snowblower. After standing around there for about 15 minutes and wondering what's taking so long, the lady comes out with the part fixed! I couldn't believe it. I was expecting to buy the part, install it and fix it myself. All we had to do was go back home and screw it on and Bam it worked. You don't get that kind of service in the big box stores. And they really do have anything you'll ever need there.”

“This wonderful establishment should be called Marine Park Hardware & Kindness! I walked in and showed Scott a picture of my broken brass under the kitchen sink drain pipes and he immediately put together a replacement set! He then offered to cut them to the exact size of the old pipes so it would be “ plug and play” for my plumbing! As a senior this was such a refreshing and kind approach rather than the “ it’s in aisle 6” approach of the big box stores. Greg was also very helpful during my time there. Scott made a few keys for me, got some excellent Stanley blades for my saw and I was ion my way. Pipes fit in perfectly! Thank you Scott and Greg!”

When I first moved to my apartment nearby, one of the associates offered to carry a bench I bought for my balcony for me to my new apartment. I would honestly go there more often, if only they were open on Sundays! See, Sunday is my only free day during the week, where I don't have work and less likely to have other stuff going on.
