“Prompt, knowledgeable service. They cut a copy of a key for me (on 2nd try) that stumped another hardware store. And they sell those oval rubber coin holders, which I had been seeking for a long time. Narrow store, jammed with products. Located Rochdale Village inside shopping center (from main entrance, ~3rd shop on left).”

“I called the number and spoke to a pleasant person. She switched me to the manager who knew immediately of the product I was inquiring about. He gave me good driving directions and landmarks by the store. When I arrived, I was met by the voice on the phone who was a smiling gentleman. He had my product waiting for me at the counter. This was a great experience from the search, the call and the reception.”
“One of my go to spot near my home for any hardware needs. The gentlemen who works there is very caring and knowledgeable. I believe they recently opened up again after going through a fire disaster from building upstairs caused this brother to lose his business for long time. I’m glad that he is open up his store again.”

“For the last few days it's been HOT! But my window has window guards with these weird screws. I tried Home depot, Amazon, etc etc. no luck. I called Angelos and spoke with Jim, right of the gate he was knowledgeable and helpful. I was so hopeful when I got to the store. He gave me what I needed. The store had this home town feeling. Like y'all need to come here instead of those big corporate stores. You'll get help FAST. Well what he gave me worked and I successfully installed our AC unit. I highly recommend this store!
